    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

My first clutch....ever! :-)

Well, much like my thread "Surprise", these little guys and girls are coming a few days early, but hanging out in the shells for a while to soak up their yolks (I guess). They first started cutting their eggs about 40 hours ago....three are out (Alpha, Alberto/a, and Alex), two just haven't committed to leaving their homes yet, and one egg (top) didn't make it due to my first (crappy) incubator (I replaced it on the fly with one from Casey Hulse :thumbsup:). I incubated at 89...next time, I think I'll go lower, but the three that are out have been 47-53 grams, so :shrug01:.

Yes, I am stealing my naming tactics from GDB. Anyone peddling at the Sacramento show wanna sell these for me? :eek:

Congrats on some very nice babies!! I doubt you'll have any problems selling these little guys and gals. :)

Congrats, man! Very pretty little babies you have!
Awesome first clutch! I bet you're proud!
I just found my first egg ever, today! My crestie layed one last night!
(whoo hoo!! It's baby season!!)

Do the parents have a reduced pattern?

That's an interesting result. Both Mom and Dad are reduced pattern; of the 4 babies that are out, there are no alien heads to be seen. But, ONE of the four does have a couple 'single eyes', and seems to me to be like a 50/50 blend of normal/reduced (if that makes any sense at all). The rest seem to be full-on reduced pattern. I'll poke and prod them more in a few days....and take some stretched out shots.

Thanks for the compliments, everyone! I am humbled by many of you...and honored to have your comments.

I know I am late but congrats they look great! Your babies grandpa albino I have doesn't have any aliens on him that I can see and the one albino granddaughter of his that I produced and still have only has 1.5 single eyes(just went in to check them both, lol)

So glad you hit the odds!
