In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

My NEXT specie of Geckos will be...

Day geckos would also be a cool project/ better pets :)
day geckos... I wouldnt label good pets, id say a nice looking group of geckos that does not do well with handling, a nice "look but no touch". They are too fast and their skin rips easily and is way to fragile to be handled.

They can make good pets.Ive seen some that arnt to skidish. But their skin dosent rip like everyone thinks. It dosent rip/fall off like Geckolepis or Ailuronyx. Its just sensitive. If you rub your fingernail on them.Scales will come off.But will heal just fine.Unlike Ailuronyx, which will loose patches of skin. And muscle will be exposed.I dont keep Ailuronyx or Geckolepis. So im talking out of what i hear. But i do keep grandis.Best of luck.

Oooh, many species on my wish list!!! I'm thinking I must have a nice pair of fat tails sometime soon. Someday, I'd love to have a pair of gold dust day geckos, too. After that, I'd love to have any of them! :)

Kelli- I never heard of Naultinus Geckos before so I looked them up....They are pretty cool looking.

As for future potential new Geckos, I would like a pair of Leachies, a pair of Leaf Tails (Not sure which kind), and a pair of Bandeds (Wink...Wink...Marcia)

and a pair of Bandeds (Wink...Wink...Marcia)
I adore my bandeds. They are just like little miniature leopard geckos with very soft, velvety skin! Legally, I can only sell the Coleonyx variegatus abboti... it is illegal to sell native California sub-species.

id love to get into Australian Leaf Tails or Strophurus also! Hoplodactylus are up there also, and I love Oedura too!

Naultinus... any species as well. I've been gu-ru for them ever since I saw a picture of one years ago in a book.

I really want a crested next. :)

Also interested in (dont' know scientific names yet) gargoyle geckos, leaftail and cat geckos. :)

WOW!! So many Geckos so little time! We are starting off small. Fiancee wants a House Gecko. I am thinking Scorpion, or Viper Gecko. And.....a pink Corn Snake, Ball Python, Chameleon, a Kitten, a Tarantula, Pewter Snake, a Crested Gecko, and a TON more Leopard Geckos!!! Theres my future hope zoo! :)

Im really wanting to get some Knobtails, Albino Levis Pilbarensis to be exact...

They look amazing!!!
