Nice pic Robin. I think I see her/him, was Stinky doing some business in that tub? Must be named stinky for some reason....

Matt

nope stinky wasnt doing her business in there or i would have kicked her out... her name is stinky because when she was a kitten... i adopted her from the animal shelter , so i get this cute slighly older kitten, whom is very friendly but i soon notice she has loose bowls and it was stinky bad stink... and she would come curl up on my chest and sleep thats stink too close to the nose. anyhow i take her to the vet he treats her for internal parasites (no duh) and mange (great i had three other cats at the time so all had to get treated).... and i ended up getting something from the mange on one arm... i called the vet he told me to wash it very well often and use some of that hydrocortozone creme (i sure am glad i didnt have to get iverec like the cats did tho) it went away in about five days...... i called the animal shelter and told them what happened (to remburse any fees since they said she was healthy and vet checked for this that blah blah blah... clean for this and that all in the paperwork).... they told me i could return her . this was NOT a no kill shelter and i had already grown attached to her very friendly personality..... so i politely cussed them and stinky has been with me for about 7 or 8 years now

edit: hence her name was to be called stinky.... well originally it was alley stinky butt... but it has since shortened to just stinky

Whoosh. I don’t see Stinky but I smell him! :D Looks like you have a zoo in your house Robin. Glad to know I’m not the only one. ;) Also I must say you’re very organized.

it has to be cody, it is only about a 12 x 15 room. Its, the Leo/computer room . Leo's on the right side, computers on the left. the shelves are in front of a useless window, old wooden sash kind, the tracks are jacked and the idiot landlords painted it shut so we couldnt even get it open if we wanted.

That's a really nice set-up. Is that where you keep all of your leos?

My cat came from the shelter too. I was actually making rounds to all the area shelters looking for my other cat that had disappeared, and then there was this dirty white cat making eye contact with me. His card description gave an address where he was found and then mentioned that he had been at large--as if he were some type of criminal.

Anyway, he had a poopy smell too in addition to diarrhea. I think with some of those shelters that re-use kitty litter, that's to be expected.

I like it Robin. I wish I had a room that big. I only have 2 walls. Now if I move my bed I would almost have an entire room… :)

yup thats where the leos are kept. the rhacs are in the living room snakes in the snake room and russ's beardies in the "laundry room"the roaches and rats are in there too
and the incubators in our bedroom LOL and the cats have the run of the place with exception of the snake room (they are snakes sized meals, that room has a keyed lock as well) and the laundry room... i dont want cat hair on my cloths... daisey the dog lives in doors and we have two outside dogs

Nice set up Robin!!!! I must say, you have a lot of animals, how do you find the time to take care of them all?

generally by staying up very late... i work evenings so when i get home i unwind by doing gecko work... my husband does the beardies and he does the small snakes and we help each other on the large snakes we are constantly feeding or cleaning over here but we enjoy it. sometimes i am going to bed about the time he wakes up. durring the winter i get some work done in the day but in the summer its too damn hot to do work in the middle of the day.
