    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Mythical Dragonz - Stay Away!

Wow is all I can say...

So this is the ad that I replied to earlier in the week about "Zorro".

This boy is a great breeder he gets it done quickly and is not nasty with the girls, he would also make a great pet."

Then I found this. Scroll halfway down the page to KelliH's post. She put a screen capture up from December 6th, 2010 where "Zorro" was FREE to a good home because he should not be bred due to a vent problem. I thought he was "a great breeder though that wasn't nasty with the girls"?

Apparently they had a change of heart after this and wanted to get some dough out of him after all. If you view their Fauna profile, you will find "Captain : Leucistic" which was previously "Zorro" and then "Zorro" again this past week. Unreal... I guess when you are a cheat, it gets hard to keep all of your lies straight.

I can hardly wait for the explanation from Nicole on this. I'm guessing she is going to blame Bill Gates for a computer glitch that inadvertantly posted the wrong dragon picture and typed an incorrect name.

Its quite apparent mythical dragonz is not going to show her face on this site, unless its in the classified section...

Put them out of business. :shrug01: This girl has proven she isnt fit to care for ONE animal let alone multiple animals.

NOTHING would make me happier to see Nicole out of our hobby! But bad decisions by customers, keeps there world spinning!
 
How pathetic. What is so hard about being an honest person? Can't imagine how tiring it must be trying to keep up with all of that deceit. I'd say it's certainly time for this girl to move on to another hobby. Preferably one that doesn't involve living creatures.

apparently being honest is something very hard to do. The prisons are filled with dishonest people. Hell... I caught them red handed and in the act at work and they still lied to me :yesnod:

Here is one thing I have learned over the years.... dishonest folks are that way because they think it is easy money. But easy money is only gained thru illegal activities and that is subject to be taken away and your still broke.

Whereas being honest really is so much easier. You never have to try and figure out what lie you have previously told, your not trying to scheme your way into someone's wallet, and at least on an internal level... your not working near as hard. If those folks would put thier energy towards an honest living they would have so much more than they ever could going down the road they are on.

Then you have the other side of that coin..... there are just some inmates at work that are to stooopid to stay out of trouble and jail. Everytime the come back I make them feel about this |__| small in front of their buddies. Funny thing is.. they are happy to be back... that tells me our prison system is not a deterrant.... but that's a whole nother topic.

With the amount of effort Nicole has but into trying to deceive her customers... if she put that kind of effort into being an honest breeder she could have been on top of the pile and been considered the go to person for draggons. But she unfortunately took the other path. It's a shame really.

But seriously I would have to agree with almost every word in this post.

Its sad to see how easy it could be, and how hard some make it.

Its funny too, the only thing nicole wants is to be excepted by others and have a good reputation... Its not hard to see that.

But the effort nicole puts forward, only steps her backwards.
She will rip you off or paw off a problem on you and wont bat a eye... i dont think she understand this... I know we've told her... But I still dont think she understands. Stupid ppl catch on eventually. So I dont think she is stupid. Just not willing to accept fault or responsibility.
 
im kind of new to the forum. im not a professional breeder or anything of that nature.

i like to read the BOI to get information about potential breeders to purchase from.
i think this is the fourth or fifth BOI i have read about nicole and steven. i also dont know all the rules about this forum, but i have an honest sincere question. i also mean no disrespect to steven and nicole.

why, if so many people including facilitators such as lucille know about their bad business practice, does faunaclassifieds still allow them to post on here? don't people get banned on this site?

it just seems like it would save everyone a lot of trouble if they were just "shut out" of the reptile community?

may be im speaking out of line here. but i was just curious.

Because having no morals or business eithics is not against the rules here. The only way to get banned is to break the rules of the site.

Rich is leaving it up to the reads to decide who has morals and ethics and who doesn't and its on the readers to decide if they wish to do business with them.

While I agree it would be nice to shut them out... by giving them a voice sometimes they hurt themselves far greater than we ever could.

Anybody see the ad posted today for the 20 lot? Made it so we cant respond to the ad, or I was gonna post this BOI thread in the ad. Can someone please just ban them from this site? I feel bad for the "new guy or gal" that doesnt know to check BOI that will probably have another bad experience with them. We could HELP someone by getting rid of them.
 
Of course they lock the ads, don't want someone posting their bad guy links. I also found it curious that they started up again now that Ed is back.

Users are not banned because of bad dealings or bad guy posts. Users are banned for breaking site rules or because infraction points add up.

It is up to each person entering a business transaction to research the person they are buying and use the tools available, such as the BOI, to make those decisions.

How about a sticky on all the classified pages that informs people to research the BOI before purchasing there are newer people who don’t know what it is?

I think that it is easy enough to find, and fairly well known. There are some that might want a screen to come up any time the classifieds are viewed, directing people to the BOI.

It's a bit like condoms and sex, at some point you have to take responsibility or suffer the consequences, you can't put signs on everything.
