    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Thats the part that really gets me, I also believed he had a good argument for his side, ( Not to say Nathan was wrong, I just mean I was still looking at both sides evenly still ) Now I would have a hard time believing him due to what he has done. Kinda sad really.

Yep had but he screwed up and now everyone sees how he is.

Another point I was going to put out is Anadrol only posted in the classifieds 8 times since he signed up but all of a sudden he got himself involved in this argument for no reason and posted several times. That was really weird and now I know why. Same person!

I doubt he ever sent the 3rd turtle. Very few people at Airborne would have the courage or time to take 8 screws out of the lid and reach in to that tub with 3 angry gator turtles and grab 1 out and put the lid back on, and what would they do with a 20lbs. turtle all day while they tried to work. I own a pair of gator turtles and the get very angry when they don't have access to water.My female will charge across the room at me ever time i get her out of the 140 gallon tub she's in. And 36"x18"x18" is no where near big enough for 2-20lbs. and 1-12lbs. I can't believe they didn't tear each other up during shipping, I have to separate mine during cleanings or they start to fight, just because the water gets low.
 
Well, here is what I was thinking, What would Peter's reasoning be that there was no 3rd snapper if he did not send it? I mean, he couldnt very well say it musta escaped or something......And I dont know who said that one of the shipping employee's might have took one but that was ridiculous at best. I just cant seem to fathom why Peter would knowingly agree to being paid after shipping if he knew in fact he was not sending all 3, something there just doesnt make sense. These are points I was going to bring up to figure out, but I think Peter's actions have pretty well screwed him on this one either way.
 
I paid him $250 upfront using a money order, than I asked him if he would take $50 after they arrive. He agreed. He got most of the money upfront and I guess he wanted the other 20lb snapper instead of the $50 that I owed him. So he kept the snapper and pointed the finger at me, and made me look like a liar and a scammer to alot of people by posting the ads. He probably thought that I would give in and pay him the rest of the money even when he kept that 3rd turtle. Who knows what he was thinking. I sure don't and I really don't thank he knew what he was thinking! I hope that answers your question.

That is a very sharp eye of yours. Unfortunately we will probably never know the real truth. He sold them for a good price to, i payed like $125 a piece for mine and they were not near as big as his 20lbs.
 
There is one other part of the water weight/turtle urination thing from before. Evaporation. I don't know how long they were in transit, which apparently is a moot point now, since we know someone was lying for real, but it could have effected the weight of the container. Or if it was tipped, water could have drained out the ventilation holes.

It's late and I don't even know if it makes a difference anymore, but I just noticed I didn't inclued it earlier even though I was thinking it.

okay... fake names or not... I still have not seen any documentation to back up and claim made by either party. Just one party saying that the other party has lied.

Is there any substantiation to the comments that either of your are making?
 
I have also thought about that, neither of them has shown anything to prove either of their side. Thats why I find it sad that Peter had decided to act deceitful in his actions.
 
There will be a copy of the airbill up on here within 3 days. I am sending it to Darrin.

The package was 50lbs, the proof that peter did not ship the 3rd turtle is that there is no way he could have got (2) 20+Lb snappers and a 12lb snapper a 8-10Lb couch cushion, 2+Lbs newspaper all in the 2-3lb tub that weighed only 50lbs. 70+lbs is what the true weight would have been if the 3rd snapper was in there.

hello to everyone,lets see where to begin,my name is patrick prisc i am a student at new york pace in ny.my email is [email protected] user name is anadrol. i have never met or know either party in this argument,nor have i ever purchased or sold to peter or nathan.so nathan iam sorry to burst your bubble but a members user name sounding similar to anothers last name is ludicris.i told you i was sorry you felt i did not truly believe all of your statements,but i also said some of peters statements were off aswell.it occurs to me that your ship is sinking and you are trying to grab on to whatever you can.i am sorry if me wanting to see an actual picture and not a drawing upset you.i read this board because i saw the first post in the turtle section and i like big snappers.i did not know you only wanted certain people to see it.
but i do have another question for you,last week i would not come down on the price of two 4in alligator turtles i am selling,i beleive it was you who i spoke to,am i wrong?are you mad that i did not give a cheaper price?if so please dont use that as an excuse to aid your argument.

Whatever you want to tell yourself. Funny one of your posts Anadrol have an 80lb 24" ally snapper forsale....funny thing that I have an email from peter saying he has a 80lb 24" ally too. How thats funny! And you know what, I bought two 5" ally snappers from Gregory McMillan for $100 shipped, Anadrol wanted $75 each Plus shipping for 4" snappers, that price is to high. I had no hard feelings because I already got the two small allys that I wanted.

Okay Anadrol maybe your not Peter but you are a friend or family member of him. And remember in one of your posts where you told me that I would "ALter the tub to fit my liking" DO NOT worry about you and peter getting online at the same time, I am sure you will alter that to fit your liking, considering you and peter are so much alike.

So what we have at this point is one person with the name of Pat Prisc, and Peter who likes to use that name as part of his username. Now Prisc lives in NY, and Peter lives in NJ but ships from NY. Did I get that all correctly?
 
I guess I should of laid the sarcasm on a bit thicker lol. I have serious doubts about this whole 2 differant people thing. But I have been known to be wrong before and undoubtably will be many more times. So if I am I apologize in advance.

Since I don't really like waiting.. can you post the airborne express number... I am pretty sure it would still be in their computer systems... can look at the official stats on the package in question from their website.
 
I have been waiting and waiting to post on this thread as I wanted to be sure that I had a cool head. For those who know me or have read some of my posts here, I tend to get upset and be too aggressive. So I have waited a few days and will now give you guys just some facts on my transaction with Nathan Klein.

In his posted advertisement on fauna, Nathan said that he had a nice captive female adult ball python that was a proven producer. It was super cheap and because of that I expected it to be much smaller than he said it was. It was worth a shot for the price.

So the animal gets here and it gets here via the United States Post office. So not only is that illegal but a terrible way to ship animals as the post office has the worst track record on overnight shipments. Nathan told me that it was a mistake that his wife made shipping USPS instead of UPS. The snake was in a post office box. Inside the box the styrofoam was held together with post office labeled tape. Was it a mistake? I don't know. I will leave it there.

So I take the animal out and look it over. It has a bunch of scars and scabs on it's head and neck. It has some belly scales that have some bacterial rot on them. It has some small scars where ticks have been removed (I have removed many from many wild caught animals and know what it looks like). It is skinny. It is too small to have laid a clutch. I have been soaking it for the past three days to get it through a good shed hoping that the neck will heal well with the shed. I am dosing it with injections of baytril to ensure that the bacterial infections do not spread and I will be worming it as I feel that it is obviously a wild caught animal.

So in the end, I really got what I paid for. He did not rip me off because he sold the animal cheap. But this is not the quality of animal that was described. I'm not really upset but disapointed because I always do seem to get what I paid for or less these days. When I get something above expectations in the future I will be that much more enthused due to how low my expectations are. So really Nathan is not a bad guy but he has some work to do to be a good guy. Evan Stahl
