    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Rescheduled court date

The court date has been rescheduled until the middle of December. Thanks for all the support and well wishes everyone!

I think it is funny how you will only post sporadically. If you had been in court it would have stung.

What Libelous posting are you referring to? Everything that has been posted is in response the physical proof shown against you. Who is harassing you, your friends and Legal team on the phone? I hope your not trying to insinuate that it is me as I have never called you nor anyone to do with you and would not waste my time with you.

Also who does not like what was posted about them?

It is nice to see your maturity level shinning through once again. Name calling is very childish and has been your way in alot of your posts. It would be nice if you could actually carry on a conversation or discussion without acting the way you do but I guess that is too much to ask. If you look at the post you made that I responded to it does appear as you are saying that I am the one doing these things toward you. I know quite well the legal system in the state of Florida for many reasons, from Being in court too many times with an ex wife, to all the classes and work I had to do when I was pursuing a degree in Law. (which I no longer am as I did not desire to be involved with the system any more than I really had to).
One thing, if you have some kind of proof or something then get it out in the open and quit hiding like a scared little child. All we have seen from you is your random post with childish name calling and such. You have yet to post ANYTHING that shows your anything but in the wrong. Matt has posted and shown physical proof of his allegations and you have shown nothing. I am not the one living in a box as you put it. My eyes are wide open and have seen documented evidence from Matt. What have you shown? Nothing but your little stories.

But I am saving it all for the big day and I don't believe you are invited unless things change. Then you might just get added in to round 2 with the rest of the folks that are already going to be listed. Since threats of suing me came from Mr. Lerer quite early, I was informed to reveal nothing that he didn't already have. I think with your self proclaimed legal background that you of all people could figure that one out. Since this forum is not a Court Room, it wont get posted here.

Following along so far Rob or am I typing way to fast for your one sided view point to process.

So you are aware Tim, no one has to be invited to the hearing. Everyone in the state of Florida (or elsewhere if they want to come) can show up for your court date in West Palm without an invitation. It is a public hearing. I see now how you are starting to threaten others. If you have proof and don't want to show it until court then by all means do just that. I sure hope that it is some earth shattering evidence as what I have seen so far is indisputable. So far the Preponderance of evidence is on Mr. Lerer's side.

Also I don't believe that Matt threatened Law Suit until after you had decided not to take care of the problem. You also refused to answer any questions regarding this situation by others on this thread even before suit had been filed.

Ummm....

I like to pretend I am a great animal psychologist, have conversations with my mice, rats, and snakes regularly. If they were to spout off like Tim here I'd be wondering about their sanity and health. (If they were a mouse or a rat, I wouldn't wonder, I'd just feed them to a snake).

I look forward to learning the final outcome (if there is one) of this whole fiasco. Sadly, the one who loses out the absolute most in this is the snake that used to be such a beautiful specimen, was later most cruelly abused to be shipped while pumped full of subcutaneous fluids, and later had to be put to sleep due to the deadly virus the poor thing contracted. The snake is the loser. And I feel that anyone who would do that to an animal must have many other animals that are also in grave danger of neglect or abuse.

Of course these are my opinions only. I'm not an animal psychologist, not even a people psychologist. Nor am I omnipotent, I do not know what really happened.

The invitations I was refering to and will be sending out will be via the legal system. Put some thought into it and figure out my message. It's not a threat but a promise we are making. ;)
