    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

lets break this down

A) Tim knowingly sells Matt a sick snake

B) Matt (rightfully so) wants his money back

All this other stuff, and i am not going to reread this whole thread, is NOT pertinent...I don't think it's appropriate, at least here, to discuss anything but A and B...do the right thing, as Spike Lee would say

From what I heard today you don't even have a copy of the Court reporters transcripts. The proof of this will be presented shortly. If you do have it (which I doubt) then post it here for everyone to see. I doubt you will because I believe you don't have it and never have. Why don't YOU put up or shut up? Matt has posted all the proof, all the documents, all the Vet reports, and answered all the questions that he needed to answer regarding the disgustingly sick snake you sent him. Now you on the other hand have done nothing but run away like a scared little boy and then make drive by postings like a coward.
 
If there are no further facts or information to be added to this thread, then I will have to close it. The bickering in place of solid information needs to cease NOW. I can see where in another year or so I will have everyone in the herp industry owing me $10 fines.... Be kind of lonely in here, though....

I believe the facts have all been seen and the truth has been told by me. Bowles has been given the chance to tell his side of the story and actually did in the begining in his e-mail to me that he posted. No substantial evidence has been presented by him except hearsay and the things that are coming out of his mouth now are just about as good as......oh well why waste the time. It's funny how a ***** can ask so many questions and not answer one from so many on this board. Just goes to show you what some people will do. What a class act! How about those transcripts! LOL! As I said before many strange things were said in court and I especially love the part in where.......;) man it's to unreal to explain!

This was whot you posted in the Joe P thread. It was about you having a puker in your collection that you initially bought from Joe. Didn't you say something like it infected more in your collection? Wouldn't that make your statement of 'my emeralds don't puke' completely invalid? Quarantine people!

Quit picking on others, take a look in the mirror and start right where you are when you feel off color comments need to be thrown out there.
