    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Neil Gubitz-Good guy and easy to deal with

Avaro, I have been correct about Neil all long I just did not have concret proof then but now I have the actual owner that will prove that Gubitz knowingly lied about the albino boas, he sold them as 1.0 het for snow and 0.1 66% het for stripe when he knew that they were both 66% het for stripe

Alvaro, that is a question that Gubitz will never answer, If he says "NO" then you call Dwright and see that he is lying it is over for him. If he tells the truth and says "YES" it is over for him.

The question itself puts Gubitz in a lose, lose situation!!!

But his silence in this situation speaks louder then a answer from him ever could.

John, I did try but this is the only way he will do it, I do understand his reasons and they are the same as everyone else - "HE DOES NOT WANT TO GET IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS" Gubitz has already put him in a bad position by him (Gubitz) lying to the buyer about what the pair really is.
 
Yeah I hear ya Dave...but look at it this way if you were put in the middle ,,..wouldn't you come up a blazing because someone like Neil misrepresented what you got and tried to broker it...Man I know I would...with pics and all.

It's difficult to put this into words. After all it's been a long time. We have agreed, disagreed, and agreed to disagree. But, as you always said, "it's a matter of principle". Once Dwright Camron confirms what Lawson states it will be too late. If you have something you want to say, this is the time.

But someone needs to say it and educate the public.
save them from buying something that will be misrepresented.

It is advertised as a coral albino.

I just wwant to educate the general public who might not know the difference.


This is not a coral albino. You can claim bad camera and everything. but the only way to get pink in those animals is to color them yourself.

A coral albino has more pink or orange.
And NO not just on the tail either.

Ok I talked to the person who owns the animals Neil is brokering. I actually know him other than from this situation. He said that the pair that were sold are as follows. He said he is almost 100% sure that the Male is a 50% possible het for snow and the female is a 66% possible het for stripe. He could not remember off the top of his head wich was which but both of the large snakes (5ft) were of those possibilites (1 being 50% Snow, 1 being 66% Stripe). The reason being on the possibles is that he does not consider possibles as anything and really does not care about that. He said the animals are healthy, good looking Albinos. He is more than willing to let the person that purchased them know everything about them and they are more than welcome to call him. I think it is sad that he is getting caught in the middle of Neil and Dave's continuing ongoing War. He allows Neil to broker the animals for a time period and if he is unable to sell them, then he goes to another person and allows them to broker these animals. This is a person that I have had many conversations regarding high end animals from Malaysia and he is a very good guy. I can totally understand him not wanting to get involved in the middle of this and have to deal with the fall out from Neil and Dave.
So Dave, according to what he told me, you are the one that is wrong and not Neil on this. I put exactly what he told me on here as I have nothing to gain from agreeing with either side in the situation.

I did call, got an answering machine, and left a message. Anyways, Rob's information is as good as any so I don't feel the need to call again.

This person says he is "almost" sure the male is 50% het for snow. The breeder (he is the breeder right?) doesn't remember which animal is het for what???? I'm puzzled! Was the male posted as 100% het for snow or 50% het for snow?

Truth of the matter is not even the rightful owner of the boas knows what kind of genetics are up for sale as he "does not consider possibles as anything and really does not care about that"!!!

He did not produce the animals. These were purchased originally from other well known breeders. According to him he purchased them because they were Albino and nothing else. He said they were just regular Albinos to him. But I have a feeling he was being honest and disclosing all the information on them to Neil.
 
Well, that's the problem with "possibles". Let's only hope that the person who bought the pair just did it because they were "albinos" and not because of the possibility of snows or stripes.

Was the male posted as 100% or as 50% het for snow?
 
I do not understand, Dwright said and I quote " The male is a 66% het for stripe and 4 of the 5 females are also 66% het for stripe and a single female was 50% het for snow and I still have it" end quote. He also said he told Gubitz what they were.

Now Rob comes here and says the the owner is not sure what is what, that does not make sence to me.

If I am not mistaken in the ads for these snakes didn't Gubitz say that he had paperwork?

I guess what Iam saying is if the owner did not know what they are how could Gubitz sell them as something.
 
If you look on my "Animals Sold Since" link, you will find that I listed the Male as 50% het for Snow.... SO.... WHO'S LYING NOW, DAVE???.... I stayed silent because I KNEW what Dwight was going to tell you, and that would only be the TRUTH.... As I told you guys before.... I wouldn't trust ANYTHING Lawson says if his tongue came notorized!!.... *I* am the only one (as of now till a couple of months from now) that is allowed to sell his animals.... Lawson doesn't know where he lives, and Dwight wouldn't let him within 50 MILES of where he lives, because he'd like to KEEP his animals where they are!.... I have ALWAYS told the truth about what I sell.... there is absolutely NO reason for me to lie, the animals sell themselves!.... I've sold about $30K of his animals in the last couple of months.... it's called PROVEN RESULTS!!.... But you still think a KNOWN thief and liar will tell you the truth about ANYTHING???.... he's telling you everything you want to hear because some of you have been bashing me and he just wants to get in on the action and make himself "seem" like the better person.... HA!!.... That'll be a cold day in Hell....
This is the LAST you will hear from me on this thread...., AGAIN, I have been TOTALLY VINDICATED.... Thank you Rob for getting to the bottom of this....
