I have just finished a deal with Neil. I received my animals weds (as expected). The animals came nicely packed and when I opened the bags they were in, I freaked because I thought they were dead. They were lying still (completely still) even when I picked them up. I stared at them for one second, and then decided to blow some hot air on them. You want to know what happened next? I got a gaping mouth and a spread frill in my face <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='
'> (the order was for 1.1 frilled dragons). They were healthy as heck, just playing dead! I put them in their enclosure and they ate immediately and drank sooo much. These are the fattest lizards I have ever owned. Beautiful. The only problem was it looks like the girl lost two toe nails (and first digit of the toes) in the bag <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> , but that's not Neil's fault. It happened in transit. His customer service rocks. I emailed him (AFTER HOURS EVEN) and he responded ASAP (most of the time within 10-30 minutes). He was extremely courteous on the phone, funny, and a great help. He has unlimited patience with his customers and was amazing when I asked for pics of my animal. He actually took the pictures, from the angles I asked, and got them to me within 30 minutes. Now, here is the kicker... I asked for pictures right. Well I got them. The animals looked good, not the best colored dragons in the whole world, but they were cool, normal silvery dragons, but still cool. Now when I got them, guess what? They were 100% cooler then the pictures, because instead of being the normal aussie phased dragons, I GOT RED DRAGONS! I mean these guys are still young (6 months old) but they were already some red all over. These guys RULE! I would totally recommend Neil to anyone who wants quality animals at a fair price, with some of the best customer service I have ever had.
