Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

That would be late december into January and that was the time US Global was shut down.

keep up the maturity. I see no insults from me. is that how you handle your buisness? Hmmm future customer gone and so are any references. Why go down that road? I wonder how you would react if somebody twisted your shipping contract around to fit them.
 
OK so you didnt answer my question why was your facility shut down and what does global have to do with you are you affiliated with their poor husbandtry too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
General Exotics.... this is exactly why I said in your other thread that your business model was destined to fail. HOW can you guarantee something that you have no control over. You dont pack and you dont ship... so how can you know what gets sent and how it was sent. You are placing your reputation in someone else's hands. IMO that is monumentally stupid. I do have help taking care of my animals, but I am the ONLY one that packs and ships my animals so I know that my customers will be satisfied on delivery.

I apprecaite the fact that you refunded the second shipping charges... but they never should have been charged in the first place. You guaranteed live arrival then charge again to fullfil your guarantee. :NoNo:

Not understanding the rules of this forum correctly warrant the response you received and in all honesty it does not hurt my feelings that you wont do business with me cause at the end of the day my customer service and quality are what make my sales not people like you. Thanks though lol.
 
anyone can apply for a good guy cert. It is open forum for people to vote against or for it. If you check out the thread rules there you will see the stipulations.
 
OK... Let the Mods decide whether the rules were broken... Going back and forth on the issue will solve nothing and just takes up space on the thread which is about trying to resolve the transaction between General Exotics and Jade!!

Eric... You still haven't answered the questions as to whether you are present at the time of packaging or at the facility where the animals are shipped from.

Sorry for not responding. It was established in the other discussion that I am a broker so No, I am not at the facilities.
 
Here is the thing with shipping....If someone buys an animal and you agree to ship it, it should be like handing someone the animal in person. What I mean is, if the animal is $100 plus $40 shipping, and that amount was agreed to by both parties, the seller has to get the animals to the buyer, alive and in good health, for $140. If the seller screws up the shipping process, and an animals dies because of it, shipping out replacement animals should totally fall on the seller at the seller's expense. If you cannot afford to replace animals, ship them correctly the first time. If you cannot ship them correctly the first time, go sell beanie babies, and get the heck out of selling live animals.

its not just this experience that shows you do not deserve a BOI good guy cert. It is also the fact that you have no quality control over what you produce.

that is why your cert needs to be voted against..
 
Eric is here trying to make a wrong situation right. people should back off a tad and give him the benefit of doing that. IMO that makes him a decent business guy. Yes some issues happened that could had been avoided. Its not like he is here bashing the OP and saying Im not giving you your money back. he is trying to make it right from the looks of it. Eric Give her $105 and call it a day. Take your Lumps. Fix the issues that need to be fixed and take it as a learning process. Nobody is perfect all the time.

And what rule does it break?

Something you may want to think about... He may know Rich like I do... so what... you gonna come after me next. It would be a bad idea as I have sat at Rich's kitchen table on multiple occasions and talked shop with him.
 
OK i will check it out but i want to say it seems weird that they can have that certificat when they are obviously selling sick animals i think in my opion it makes fauna look bad.I mean well look i have made over 30 sales in the past 2 weeks here just on fauna of over 300 snakes with all satisfieds customers i guranteed live arrival and 100% satisfaction or their money back and i dont have a good guy certificate im sorta baffled as to why they have one.

But I would have thought you would need at least ONE yes to get the certs... he has ZERO yes's
