    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Eric is here trying to make a wrong situation right. people should back off a tad and give him the benefit of doing that. IMO that makes him a decent business guy. Yes some issues happened that could had been avoided. Its not like he is here bashing the OP and saying Im not giving you your money back. he is trying to make it right from the looks of it. Eric Give her $105 and call it a day. Take your Lumps. Fix the issues that need to be fixed and take it as a learning process. Nobody is perfect all the time.

I already sent her an email and a PM a while ago. Just waiting for a reply. Maybe she's already turned in. To be continued tomorrow?
 
Not understanding the rules of this forum correctly warrant the response you received and in all honesty it does not hurt my feelings that you wont do business with me cause at the end of the day my customer service and quality are what make my sales not people like you. Thanks though lol.

Eric... You still haven't answered the questions as to whether you are present at the time of packaging or at the facility where the animals are shipped from.

That was answered in his other thread... he is nothing more than a broker. He lets his suppliers ship. He is just a middle man taking a cut.

OK i will check it out but i want to say it seems weird that they can have that certificat when they are obviously selling sick animals i think in my opion it makes fauna look bad.I mean well look i have made over 30 sales in the past 2 weeks here just on fauna of over 300 snakes with all satisfieds customers i guranteed live arrival and 100% satisfaction or their money back and i dont have a good guy certificate im sorta baffled as to why they have one.

If you are a contributing member and apply for the cert you can get it. Then people are given the chance to vote on what they think of your business.

Something you may want to think about... He may know Rich like I do... so what... you gonna come after me next. It would be a bad idea as I have sat at Rich's kitchen table on multiple occasions and talked shop with him.

Little angry are we? Do you always go looking for conflict? Everybody is supposed to know that right? I mean we all sit around his table knowing that you sit there also. If I was some random guy like I am and saw this thread I would bring it up to his attention and say well this guy said you would handle it differently. How am I attacking anybody?
 
I apprecaite the fact that you refunded the second shipping charges... but they never should have been charged in the first place. You guaranteed live arrival then charge again to fullfil your guarantee. :NoNo:

The way it was explained to me. EVERYONE starts with a clean slate. It's up to them to KEEP IT.:)

I couldn't find your shipping terms at http://www.crypticdragons.com/breeders.html but I did go to some of your other Reputable Breeders links.

http://www.richbeasley.com/terms.htm states the following:

"If your reptile is DOA, and all of our guarantee requirements have been met, I will gladly refund the purchase price of the reptile or replace the reptile if a suitable replacement is available. I do not refund shipping costs and if you chose to replace the reptile you will be charged for the additional shipping. Please note that I will only replace an animal once."

I think this is standard in the industry.

And I'm thinking "he will only replace an animal once" If the replacement animal arrived DOA, he would most likely refund the cost of said animal.
 
Sorry.. I didn't read the other thread all the way through... I was concentrating on this one... As far as being a broker... Make sure that the company you are dealing with knows what a Healthy animal looks like!! Apparently they don't have the level of inteligence to look over their animals or taking the proper precautions when packing them!! By doing so your reputation is on the line because of someone else's mistakes... do you want that on your conscience?? I know I wouldn't!! Take this as a lesson learned... glad you are doing what you can to make this situation evaporate but it's still here to stay!! Hope you've got the smarts to make a change!! Mistakes happen... Learn from them!!

What I am saying is... your going after Spider because he was defending Rich... and you dont know anything about him or Rich. I honestly dont know if Spider and Rich know each other... but I do know Rich.

As to bringing it to his attention... I already have bub, but this time of night he is most likely in bed.

Not thru paypal it dont! I have sent a refund before... and it was there in less than an hour

She paid with a credit card. I sent her an email and PM here 1 hour ago. Maybe she doesn't want to get this resolved? I don't know.
