Credit card processor.

Credit card processor.
Is there a way that you can post something to prove the refund is being processed? Just curious.. Not that I don't believe you because you have been professional through this but it would help the situation even more!
Is it just me.... or does that not look a whole lot like a paypal sheet?

Credit card processor.
Then I would like to appologize for my post #77
Paypal is instant and I can see where the CC processor is not. Once again.. I appologize.

General Exotics ..... The truth will set you free.... so lets see if we can try it.
I originally asked
And you responded with
Which led me to appologize to you for inferring that the refund was not issued.
You then posted an image of the refund which sparked my last question
And your response says it all
You said YES it was a paypal refund. Did I not ask if the charge was done via paypal. Ummmm yeah I did.
Let me say this..... I retract my appology. With a business model like yours... and your lack of being able to answer a simple question honestly... I dont see how you plan on maintaining a positive rep in this industry.
Jade did not use a paypal account to pay for this transaction. Yes, I use Paypal as my credit card processor which is different than a true Paypal transaction. I think we are mixing words/terms here but the point of the whole thing was that it is not an instant paypal payment transaction, it is instead a credit card processor transaction and so the 3 to 5 business days wait in in effect.
Again, it is NOT a paypal transaction. It is a credit card processor, which is done by a bank, which paypal will readily tell you they are not a bank. They are just a middleman and get a cut in the deal. That's my understanding of the whole thing anyways.
OK i will check it out but i want to say it seems weird that they can have that certificat when they are obviously selling sick animals i think in my opion it makes fauna look bad.I mean well look i have made over 30 sales in the past 2 weeks here just on fauna of over 300 snakes with all satisfieds customers i guranteed live arrival and 100% satisfaction or their money back and i dont have a good guy certificate im sorta baffled as to why they have one.
I can assure you that the frogs were alive, the cold pack was as it should be and the packing was adequate when it left our facility. .

...and I can certainly understand the Jade's dissatisfaction...
He is removed from the shipping process, but the assurances from the above first post imply he had knowledge of the exact process. I do no think that is true
