    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have built two NEW!!! custom snake racks from 3/4 inch melamine, not that plastic flimsy junk. They fit five 27qt 28 liter sterlite tubs and one on top so actually 6 if you have a lid . The tubs are 16 inches wide 23 inches deep and 5 1/2 inches tall. Fit for 1500 gram snake give or take a large or small water dish. I have a 1200 gram female bp she still has room to grow. Now i have installed 3 inch flex watt heat tape on the side and on the bottom of every unit. oh its nice, from Big Apple as you will see in the pictures. I have also installed a dimmer for temperature adjustment until you can get your herp stat if you don't have one. The heat tape is tacked down on both sides with foil tape exposing as much of the Flex watt surface as possible. All connections tin and sodered then electrical taped. Heavy duty romax wire was used as you can see in the pictures to splice in the dimmer and to allow the cord to come from the floor. $300 cash I do have some custom ones going to pet stores that are a little bigger so if you need something more custom or even smaller call me. i might be able to ship in a kit soon if you can pay shipping for 80 to 90 ibs. Sorry some peoples for now this one is local pick up or delivery only in Kansas city. Don't hesitate to call me (816)560-4742 I'm Phil Linstrom

Looks like a basic melamine rack to me. Looks to be done right, but when calling the plastic/pvc/ and so on racks junk? your naming quit a few different suppliers out their. This rack is of decent quality but calling other racks junk? Good luck with your sale, if you were closer i'd pick one up but melamine is rediculousley heavy so shipping is not an option.

Hey now let me answer the questions SLIP" yes it is cut out we made sure not to sandwich the heat tape from the side of the shelves we routed the sides of the shelves 1/8 inch. Thank you.. And by the way this is the one i have the other one has not been used.

Its cool Slip I'm trying to make them better and cheaper in price and lighter so i can ship them. the little girl in the pic going to need college in 12 years lol. Thanks for the support i noticed you liked it...And yes the heat tape is foiled down flat on the melamine. I've seen racks where the flexwat is completely covered with the foil tape, I don't think you get as much heat from the Flexwat that way.And i think you want it touching the bottom of the sterlite for the snakes belly heat. The bottom of the sterlite containers are rounded and they slide perfect without any friction cuz we spaced the shelves with an extra cd thickness. I used Melamine cuz these days the price of energy can make or brake you and the Melamine insulates heat because of it's density. That's why the racks weigh 90 or so pounds empty. Im sure that can save you some utility bill especially if your breeding 20 30 snakes with these, i can make them huge. Any ideas on how to build them better please msg me thanks. KC-Steel
