    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I received this trio earlier this week and didn't get a chance until just now to share pictures with Fauna members...The flash washed their colors out slightly, but these babies are killer! I'm so proud to have them in my collection!

It's been so crazy this week I haven't had the chance to think of some lovely names for my new group. We'll see as time goes by. The Jungles are flighty, but the Stripe will sit still for pictures. :)

OK, any suggestions on taking photos of Leos? I have lighting down with my snakes. But I am continually unsuccessful takeing photos of Leos. Tried with and without flash and they still don't turn out the greatest...

Natural sun light is my only secret. Im sure they are some killer stripes from Hailey!

Yep, my pictures are always best outdoors as well.

One day I'll have to get a fancy professional lighting set up for my leos (and my art). I can't be taking them outside in the winter for pictures in the sun. Anyone who has stated they like my pictures beware! 6 months of flash photography are coming!

using zoom works also, sometyimes the camaeras flash is so brights it washes out the color and/or makes it very contrasty

i've found that standing about a foot or two away, and using zoom, the pics come out well

oh yeah, and natural sunlight works also :)

TRY NO FLASH, AND BLACK CONSTRUCTION PAPER ON LIGHT COLORD GEKOS, UD BE SUPRISED WHAT THE MULTIPLE COLORS OF PAPER CAN DO, DONT MEAN TO BUT IN, BUT I JUST DID A PHOTO SHOOT WITH SOME NICE GECKOS ON DIFFRENT BACK DROPS
