Check with mobile home parks, movers, dealers, etc for some steps. Most people get those angle iron and wood steps when they buy a mobile home then throw them to the side when they build a deck or something. Also Lowe's and Home Depot sell 2x12's already precut to make stairs if you want to just go buy something.
