In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Tracie, welcome! Sonic is so cute!!! Would love to see a pic of his lil gecko face.

Wow!! For a first gecko you sure got one of the best!!! My hats off to you, most people want to start off with a cheap one!!

Hi madrush,

Beautiful baby you have there. I just have to say one thing, and if I am wrong somebody please correct me on this, but are young hatchling patternless usually spotted, or at least more broken up than that one is?:shrug01:
Don't get me wrong, it is still a beautiful young one, it's just something that came to me while I was looking at it.

One quick question, i dont see any wires going to the tan, what is your heat source?? Also I like the Coconut huts too, i use them for my geckos and darts!!!

I have an undertank heater on his that I have hooked up to a rehostat and I keep in under th large hide box. The temp is 94. I did not have it set up when I took the photo, Sonic was not here yet.

You were sold an albino temperature sexed male (you can't really tell for sure yet visually...too young), possibly het for patternless. And as for if it is a giant or not, we would need to know it's measurements (weight and length) and age. I say possible het because unless you have some accurate documentation from the company, you won't be able to know for sure unless you breed him.

ok, he is 6 inches long and 4 weeks old. Here is the infor that was on the site about him.

Giant Patternless Tremper Albino Project Leopard Geckos
Patternless Tremper Albinos are one of our favorite morphs, so creating a giant version of them seemed only logical. last year we created a few female Giants, 100% het for Patternless and Tremper Albino. This year we are breeding those females back to male Patternless Tremper Albino. This will create a variety of types, half of which will be giants. We'll be listing any excess here. We'll take our best guess for you on which are Giants, but until they show some size it is still a guess. Once we know for sure, prices may go up.
Giant Tremper Albino, 100% het Patternless
Male (temperature sexed)
Hatched: 5/14/06

What is my baby? :shrug01:

From the measurement that you provided, it's exactly what they said in the ad, a giant albino het patternless (carries the gene for the patternless trait). In addition, it is a temperature sexed male. This means that it was incubated at temperatures that males usually occur at, but it is still possible that it could be a female. You probably won't know until it hits puberty, around 6 months of age.

Now, saying all of that, in my eyes, none of that really matters (unless you eventually want to breed it) because it is still a beautiful hatchling.

I do agree. I love him/her just as she/he is. I really hope Sonic is a giant. that would be super cool.

Thanks for all your help on this.
