    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello! I'm new to the forum, I worked with many reptiles in my youth and even worked as a volunteer with a local reptile rescue for years but eventually it became too expensive to purchase so many supplies, feeders, replacement bulbs, food and just everything associated with caring for dozens of reptiles at a time so I stepped away from all of that a few years ago.... however I kept my original pets which consisted of two large iguanas and one boa.... then my boa died about a year back from old age and recently I bought a baby boa on here and he and I just wanted to say hello! :)

And please forgive the typo, I meant to write "Forum" in the title but somehow I wrote "Forward" and I can;t find the method to correct it lol

Welcome to Fauna William~
I know that nobody can ever replace our beloved pets and I'm very sorry to hear that one of yours passed away, but your new lil' guy is quite handsome. I hope that he's enjoying his new home and does well for you!

P.S. No sweat about the typo, but I think only contributing members can edit their posts.

Thanks for the reply and the compliment, I have to admit that I was actually more after a sunglow this time around, when I got my first snake I was still just a kid and all these morphs didn't exist, I think the only morphs I saw at most pet shops then where the albino burmese pythons but I liked the patterns on the boa's more so my dad got me one! but I went ahead and got this orangasm albino for now, maybe I'll get a sunglow later or buy a DH sunglow female and make a couple sunglows a few years down the road : )

forgot the "hypo" in double het sunglow.... this not being able to correct mistakes is really frustrating for a guy that doesn't often spell check or re-read before posting lol
