Same. Seems more like the pet transport version of a moving broker, than an actual transport company. "Our movers" is a huge red flag. That indicates that they take your money, and give the actual job to the lowest bidder, who may or may not be a trustworthy person.

Personally - I'll be sticking with Tim.

Where I come from, that's referred to as a "dick move", and the people who do those kinds of things are referred to as "assholes."

A lot of people don’t like to deal with Tim but do it because there’s no other options outside of delta. Some people don’t want to drive 5hrs plus round trip to an airport and some people don’t want to do business with someone who has such hateful views about people.
Just because someone does something that someone else is doing isn’t ripping someone off. There’s multiple companies across the board who do the same thing as someone else. No one’s being ripped off. If this company can get to you before Tim can then what’s the issue?

4.) Pretty sure the OP is just a middle man who takes your money, and then gives the actual job to the lowest bidder. If you're okay with that then good for you. Companies that partake in such practices (no matter the industry) are widely known to be shady af. So good luck to you if you ever use their service. (I mean that sincerely, btw - not bein a smartass.)

Where I come from, a "dick move" is going on to someone else's ad, trashing them and calling them names, and making false assumptions about them and their motives- despite not actually knowing anything about them.
FYI, nearly every business has some form of competition. While I have no idea what you do for a living, I'm going to go ahead and guess that it was originally someone else's idea- that you undoubtedly "ripped off".

Then you need to do more research of who you are doing business with. Gould is a neo-nazi who has no respect for women. Noone respectable would do business with him. He deserves to be shoved into a corner of the earth to wither in his own hatred.
