    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hi, I'm new to the forum, and I am looking for a dealer in my area. I live near Los Angeles, CA.

We are looking for a good starter snake, like a king snake or milk/corn snake, and this forum was suggested to me by a friend in Texas.

Also I am wondering about its home. I did have a king snake a good many years ago, and kept it in an aquarium. I have heard that some snakes prefer a bin of some sort.

Do snakes ever like company? Or are they solitary creatures?

Um, okay, ooops. Well someone who is willing to sell the snakes he/she breeds? Okay, breeder. Sorry about that. I've been looking thru the classifieds, and so far don't find anyone in California.

Some folks do talk about shipping snakes. Can you tell me anything about that? That sounds odd to me. Although realistically I want to see/hold the snake before I buy. A personality kind of thing.
 
I figured it was about drugs too..who goes on the Internet looking for a new Herb Hook up, Made me laugh hysterically to read the title.

If you want to see hold before you buy, Go to some local shows, theres a ton of great shows on the west coast by you, Check them out.
 
There is a big show in Anaheim at the convention center by Disneyland next weekend. Dates are 09/05/09 through 09/06/09.
