Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hiya folks. I'm Annie, and my husband and I bought a pair of Kenyans about six months ago that we hope to breed. They're only 1.5 yrs. old now, weighing 78 and 100 grams respectively (m and f).

I have a question and may sound silly here: what do these things mean?

"1.2.0" etc.
 
first number = males
second number = females
third number = unsexed/unknown

1.2 means one male, two females (we generally leave off the unsexed if it is a zero)
4.3.2 means four males, three females, two unknown
 
Ah, thanks! That makes sense. I've been a herper for almost 20 years now and used to breed nigritis (Mexican black kingsnakes). Our goal now is to do a bit of breeding and hopefully be in a position to donate the proceeds to a local serpentarium.
