Hello all. My name is Kevin. I am 38 yrs old, married and have a 7 yr old daughter and 3 yr old son. I live in Lexington, SC. I have not been a reptile owner for a long time. Last time I owned any was over 10 years ago. At that time I had 2 balls, a red tail, and a bearded dragon. Unfortunately, i had to sell them for various reason. However, something a few months ago triggered my interest once again in the reptile community. I am simply amazed and in awe of what has happened to the breeds, particularly the ball pythons, since I last was an active member of this wonderful hobby and community. I have been scouring websites and am amazed in the beauty that everyone has been able to produce. I have never bred animals but have always been intrigued by it. Maybe one day I will have the time to do so.
A few weeks ago I made my first new purchase at the Repticon here in Columbia, SC. I purchased two corn snakes, one for myself and one for my 7 year old daughter. Even the new morphs in the corn snakes had me blown away. Now the bug has bitten me even harder. I am currently looking at getting a ball and really interested in a pinstripe.
Anyhow, thank you for the opportunity to enjoy a passion that I let slide years ago. I look forward to getting to know some of you and will got ahead an apologize for anyone that I might bother with all the questions that I am sure I will have.
