Hello, my name is Krystal Gibbs. I purchased a 1.1 double het caramel ghost pair from nh reptiles / Skip Seavey on Sept. 6th, 2014. the male was born. 8-21-13 and the female was born 11-23-12.
I will admit first hand I did not inquire about weight due to their ages before purchasing. I e-mailed him (of which I will provide all response's to and from him in the comments) inquiring of the weights of said animals. He informed me that he only "Maintenance Feeds" his for sale animals so they are "smaller than normal". I was perfectly fine and expected maybe 6 to 800grams at the smallest for the female and maybe 3 or 4 on the male given the fact the female is 2 years and the male is 1 year. Also, he never told me their weights, only that they were smaller.
The animals I received were SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than I expected. I will provide photographic evidence of each animal on the scale.
The female, at 2 years old, weighs in at 275 grams with a mildly prominent spinal cord.
The male, at 1 years, weighs in at 170grams as well with a mildly prominent spinal cord.
I informed him of my unhappiness and felt of misleading of the animals, and his reply was that he could do nothing.
I purchased from him because he had quality animals, honest pricing, and came recommended. I will not be purchasing from him again as seeing the condition of these animals.
