Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

James, Sir, I'm not sure how you were raised, but when someone drudges up lies from years past, and desires to, for some unprofessional reason, to insight and or direct hatred yet once again in my direction, I have the right to defend myself.

He lied then, he's lying now, and I do not need to stand for such repeated behavior and ill-treatment.

I did not bring these subjects up, years after the fact. He worked to steal out money, he cursed at my young children, he insulted my honorable vet status, he falsely accused me of selling illegal items, he purposely created falsehoods/lies in order to diminish my standing within a hobby which we love, so again, I have every right to protect myself, protect my family, and, most importantly, to speak the truth.

If I desire your opinion on how to should do so, I'll request said-opinion. Thank you for your time, input, and caring, Sir.

Nobody will believe anything you say until you actually post proof. Now that you're commenting in old forum threads about you I can see how you work. You have outrageous claims, yet provide 0 proof. Whatever happened to integrity, mr vet?
 
The word you were thinking of was "incite", not "insight". Two different things. I'm not normally quite that large of a grammar nazi, but since you are struggling so mightily to make yourself seem intelligent and important, I figured you'd want to get it right.

I'm not a fan of Bob for other reasons that have nothing to do with this thread, but you're making yourself out to be an egotistical, ranting windbag. I honestly don't care about the situation a great deal, so I'll just leave it at that. I think both parties have shown themselves to be less than ideal potential business associates.

As per evidence, I had stated numerous times, he "called" our home and cursed at my young children. I stated his threats were 'verbal', so I'm not sure how to further display this fact.

This is being made far more complicated than it was/is. It's this simple, I paid, animals did not ship, I requested a refund, I was verbally assaulted, I was threatened, the person made good on his threats, I filed a simple claim via paypal, I was refunded, the attacks continued, and now YEARS later, for unknown reasons not understood by us, he opts to rehash. Why? This simply makes no sense. Why would someone go out of their way to drudge up such ill-matters?

Secondly, I have anything to prove. I did not bring this up! I'm merely speaking on my behalf, as is my right, when confronted/insulted. Likewise, I have nothing against anyone here, this matter included no one else except my false accuser, so I'm unsure why this continues. Are we not adults, professionals, parents, and so on? Please, I'd kindly request that you ask yourself, 'why would someone bring up a subject that is years old, when we've had no contact with one another, no conflict, no business, no accidental conversation(s), nothing'? Why would someone do this? This is all just very odd, unneeded. I guess I'm not understanding his end-game, unless it's to further smear our name? It all just seems so counter-productive.
 
This is so ridiculous and stupid. Nick - some jackass brought this thread up after years of being dormant. Just ignore it. Nobody cares. About any of this.

Thank you Sir, you are 110% correct. I know your words to be true. I think part of it was the way was raised, in that, "protect your name at all costs" type of attitude.

Either way, there was/is a few positives to all this. I got to meet a few new folks, have some beneficial/logical conversations with some others, and meet a few other good people to share Boa-info/babies/techniques, and so on.

As they say, every cloud has a silver lining, yes Sir?

It only solidifies the fact that you are indeed a joke Mr. Giavasis. East Coast?? Jackass?? Have you ever done business with me, have you ever even talked to me? Yet you feel it necessary to pop on here to call me a jackass? This speaks loads to your character as well. I have no knowledge of you so i can't speak of your motive. But i will say if you lay with dogs your bound to get a few fleas. Tread lightly. As ridiculous as you may or may not think this thread is, if I'm able to help one of my friends avoid this trouble then i have succeeded. Nice, after 25 pages and several years one person had come forward to speak of Mr. Giavasis. But instead of proving or disproving any allegations, they only come here to call me a jackass! Nice!
 
Personally, I have done a lot of business with Nick over the past 3 years (thousands of dollars worth) and have never had a single issue. Always received healthy animals that in some cases so far have proved out for more than what was promised.
Well, I guess I shouldn't say not a single issue, there was one snake that was mis sexed but he more than made up for that mistake even though it wasn't discovered until almost a year after purchasing the snake. As far as I'm concerned Nick is a pretty up front and honest guy, and I know I will continue doing business with him.

4 of the last 5 sales i made in the past couple days have been customers who you unintentionally sent my way. They came to me after you dicked them around. Selling stuff out from under them, being rude and condescending and generally just being yourself!

Lol, dang, this thread is old, and I had to read everything just to fully understand the entire situation, but Robert, I'd totally buy from you in a heart beat if I had the money to properly care for snakes (now I just have a few lizards that I care for because their food is a whole lot less for me :] ). You've done nothing but prove your side of the story. Nick, what Robert is trying to say is, you keep calling him, as well as others liars in this thread, and the only "proof" you've ever provided is copy/pasted snippets from what Robert has posted already, and saying he doctored everything, and providing no proof of the doctoring. You also stated that he's pretty much only ever called you, and that he left messages for you at your home and that he called you 6 times in one night... Given that Robert has placed records of his calls to you, it's safe to say that that isn't true, and given that your story of what he said in every call to you has changed almost every time you feel the need to bring it up again, I find it even harder to believe that he "threatened" and cursed at your children. If you're going to call everyone in here liars, and treat everybody with utter disrespect for attacking what you consider to be your great character, perhaps you should actually post the proof that everybody has been asking in the first place because all it does is show that your character is nothing but a typical internet warrior who has so much to say with their loud internet voice, and literally nothing to back up said voice. I mean, don't call everyone a liar if you have no proof on your side, or (surprise!) you're just as big a liar by means of omission.
