In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

How long ago? How did you pay? If by PayPal or credit card did you dispute the charge since you never received what you ordered?

It would be nice to come to a resolution, that's all. I looked back through our emails we exchanged, it was 3 spectrals not 5. We exchanged several emails then l didn't recieve any communication. I don't know?
Hello,

Hopefully you recieved our last email regarding your order. We are sold out of the spectrals for the time being. We are expecting another order shortly but it probably wont be in for another week or so. If you would like to exchange for something else or get a refund please let us know. If you would like to wait we will send your order out as soon as we recieve the pigmys in and send you an additional animal for your wait. Sorry for the inconvenience once again.

Don't know if Nick is still replying to this but I paid for a Brazilian rainbow boa a few months ago and never received it. Would like to know if First Choice Reptiles has processed a refund for me.

If you paid using a credit card or PayPal I'd suggest doing a chargeback since the snake wasn't shipped. With winter coming we'll be losing the safe shipping weather, and eventually you run out of time to start the dispute process.
