    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I want to put a disclaimer out for all of our customers and the chameleon community in general. Be on the lookout for a guy named Nick Raph (told you I'd find you). Formerly Nicholas Eugene Bithell. He married his boyfriend, Zach Raph, and now assumed his last name. He is from Minneapolis. Awhile back I "purchased" a chameleon from him and never received a chameleon, nor heard from him again. He is now on FaunaClassifieds.com under the moniker "Raphmpls". DO NOT do business with this low life or give him business. Be is a proven scammer. Hope this helps someone else!!!

You know, if someone started a bad guy thread about you on here, we would ask them for proof as well. People post bad guy threads for all sorts of reasons, and sometimes it turns out that the bad guy, isn't.
 
I sent him a notice of this thread but while I was doing so, I saw an exchange between the two of you where he claims to have sent you a refund via Paypal on May 22. It should be easy enough for him to take a screen shot if there was a refund, and post it here.

:face_palm_02: Time and time again I see these kind of post's. Doing this can damage your rep also. Think about it. Why would I want to deal with someone who may attack me with no proof next?
 
I won't honestly engage with someone who has used like this guy had towards me. I unfortunately, and this is not an excuse rather an explanation, ran into an extremely tough situation in my personal life and could not fulfill orders for two separate people. Either way, it took a bit but both were refunded. Here is the screenshot of the refund to Jeremy. This is the last I'll follow up on any of this as I no longer sell chameleons at least not in the volume I was. Thanks for the heads up to the thread.

If anyone is to blame for this BOI being posted, it is myself.

I am the one who encouraged Jeremy to make a BOI report if this issue had not been resolved.
I also am the one who notified Nicholas of this thread, and am helping him correct his user accounts.
If this issue has been resolved, then great for both parties, but as it stands right now there is clearly two opposing versions as to what actually transpired.

It is possible he didn't notice he got refund. I had a friend I reimbursed for rotors on my van through paypal. 2 months later he sheepishly asked if I had the money yet for rotors. I told him I sent it that evening you bought them through paypal. He checked and said, now I feel kinda stupid. I said there's no kinda about it. He then called me a filthy name. We're buddies :p

Without more information from the OP, who seems reluctant to post any details, we will never know.

You may have encouraged him to post, but it is up to Jeremy to follow through and answer questions. As it stands, he doesn't look very good.

I tend to disregard "drive by" BOI threads where the OP says something without any substantiation and then snarks when asked to post any further evidence. It doesn't incline me to ever want to do any business with that OP either, just saying.
 
Over and done with

Nick has contacted me recently and I have will be responding soon. What took place was a transaction for $150.00. I made payments using 2 seperate methods (my business why) and a shipping day was decided upon mutually. Then, poof...no response. Was I refunded the full $150.00- no. I received $75.00. Now, was that because Nick decided to refund it or because I disputed both $75.00 payments through Paypal?...I guess I'll never know. Either way, someone's personal issues have jack to do with my money. The lack of communication was the catalyst to the BOI and Facebook acknowledgement of his wrongdoing. I'm actually a very understanding person if given the opportunity-which I was NOT. I just think it's interesting that my man decided to reach out after I plastered his name all over the place. As for me and my reputation? My customer service track record speaks for itself.

Why? Because when I encounter issues or make a mistake, I FIX IT. I don't turntail and hide. With that being said, I'll lay this issue to rest and everyone here can make your own decisions on whom to do business with. I have nothing to prove here...Good day!
 
Communication

The thread. As you can see, the price and shipping day were discussed. MIND YOU, this was back in May. Also, I am not receiving notifications when any of you people comment on this BOI, so don't attack my character for someone else's miscommunications and lack of integrity. I was merely looking out for the rest of the community. Shame on me, I guess.
