No words being twisted at all... perhaps just UNTANGLED from the random web of garbage you're trying to get this thread stuck in.

Again... for the 100,000,053d time... this thread is NOT about whether or not the buyer is a bad buyer or bad member. It's about the reputation of 2 individuals which is being threatened by one another.

Granted, by the OP's childish antics, he is doing a wonderful job of discrediting himself. But I hate to say YOUR childish antics are doing almost equally as good a job at discrediting Nicole.

Your speaking for Nicole is not helping her... it's just keeping a bad guy thread up at the top, and forcing me to respond to your nonsense, to try to sew a seed or two of REASON into this disaster of a thread.

As far as the threat, i have spoke with Justin before a few times and he seem like a violent guy in any way, and until proof of something serious like a death threat i wouldn't bat an eye! If there is proof i would run with it on here an show everyone what kinda person he really is.

Correction noted. after a few minutes on the phone with him you say he does not seem like a violent person.

I believe determining that after only a few minutes on the phone is a far reach.

Many things can effect a persons demeanor such as time of day, mood Alcohol or drug(crack,meth etc) abuse. just so many factors that will make a person violent including not getting a refund fast enought so he can purchase something else.

You probably would not think him a lier? he has clearly demonstrated that he is in front of everyone reading this thread. he created a fake acct to by pass a ban by lying about his name and other details.

We can now add proven lier to Justin Lloyd's resume.

He posted about the "death threats" in the first post in this thread so he was aware of it prior to Ed bringing it up. I still do not agree that Nicole needs to clarify the threats issue here.

Let the OP post the emails with headers etc. Instead of just picking quotes here and there and giving us his thoughts. He's the one that needs to make the case and back up his original post. Evidently he has a comprehension handicap so it may be difficult for him.

No, talking with him doesn't give me any judgment on him. Devils best trick was making you believe he was your friend. Im also not backing anyone on this either. Nicole refuse's to talk about it and Justin has to learn to spell his name. so within a week i hope he learns how to do that. But your sitting there in every post ranting and raving about how he's a bad buyer, bad poster, and a lier. Ed the guy is messing up all on his own, let him.But atleast give him a chance to speak before you hang him of a crime that he may not have even committed.

Yowch. Reading the occasional thread on the BOI can be pretty darn depressing.

I couldn't begin to express an opinion on this case given the amount of second-hand info, and the fact that neither of the players in this transaction is even posting on the thread (because Justin didn't follow the forum rules, and because Nicole was apparently instructed by the police not to).

I do want to say that I purchased a Howling Gale dragon a couple of months ago; Nicole was professional throughout, her packaging of the dragon was excellent, and the dragon herself was even better than I'd expected based on the photos. I would most certainly do business with Nicole again.

It's too bad that both parties have wound up so unhappy about this transaction--but like others who've posted on this thread, I didn't want the 'bad guy' label on Nicole go unchallenged.

If I felt that I needed to put your (our) personal business out there I would have. I been doing business with you since April of 09. I know what your about, and your B.O.I. inquiries speak for them self an I don't feel that I need to add to them. But thank you for your concern. Maybe you shouldn't shout about other people's faults when you have similar faults yourself. Is kinda the point. And without Nicole and Justin this is nothing more than a waste of time!!!

Ok i've read this whole thing and this guy isn't the greatest of buyers this is clear. He also can't seem to understand the forums rules, this again is very clear. The issue I have is there has been zero proof this guy ever made any threats. Until proof has been shown I personally don't believe it. Just seems like a revenge tactic to get back at this guy for not being a great buyer. I realize you can't post a police report as it may have sensitive/personal information in it, but you can post the case/report # and the officer assigned to it. If your going to drag a person's name and rep through the mud you better be prepared to back it up. You can say anything you want but it doesn't make it true. That's my 2 cents. Well to defend myself Hmore claims I made I new name just to get on not true. First off if you look at the name Cole09 it was made before this b.o.i thread was made. Also HHmore I was being attack so much by ed clark that I was responding to his statements while the thread had already moved to a different page. I didn't even see any of the warnings until it was too late. I even attempted to apologize to you in a email however I was banned immediately. I also did explain to you when I posted on the thread that I over looked it. I didn't even know what b.o.i was until bliss informed me how to do it. I also didn't know if you name is in your avatar then you don't have to state you name. Ed Clark was responding not stating his name so I thought it was ok. I understand as a moderator you banned the I.P address. My spouse also had a account with fauna her name happens to be Nicole lol. That's why it was cole09. As far as the other account she did create another account I did speak with her about that. So no one was trying to bypass. While we are speaking on rules, the rules do state no 3rd parties. Also Ed Clark attempted to email me on my vacation.

How is Ed Clark going to ask me to apologize for something I didn't do and ask me to apologize to someone else when he owes me an apology. He called me a weasel and a woman... whatever he called me.

You can state I am a bad buyer that's fine I did go about the thread the wrong way. At first I stated that I asked for a refund to get one of Ed Clarks dragons. I just said that to him to see want he would say after calling me ridiculous names. I did state that the thread was about threats because some people just nick pick too much. I did promise that I would keep the 3rd party out of this but first off the dragon I wanted to buy from nicole was advertised for 20 mins. I called her then she said he she didn't want to sell him. So a week went buy again he wasn't advertised this time. However when she was advertising him he was 350. I made her a offer for $400.00 she wouldn't accept she wanted $425.00. Any who I promised the other party that she bought him from that I would leave them out. So it may seem like I am a bad buyer and that's fine I am a man of my word they didn't want to get brought in all this so I will leave their names anonymous. Any who I contacted the previous owner and asked where did the dragon come from because I was told it came from dragon whispers and it was a certain xtreme orange line. Which the previous owner informed me it was not true it was just a citrus x sandfire. The previous owner also gave me the persons name whom produced the dragon. Which they showed me pics of parents and the babies he produced. His genetics wasn't what I was informed he was over the phone. At this point Ed Clark can respond take defense I will no longer be responding to him!!! He will be ignored I have no respect for him anymore he stated that this has been reported to the police. I have contacted the police department on my vacation!!! Because if something about me is in the hands of authorities I would like to know about it. I was informed that nothing was reported. That was just said to sweep everything under the rug. Nicole won't respond because the whole thing was a lie.

The funny thing about this is that Ed Clark jumps to her defense but when I talked to her on the phone the first time I was just inquiring and I brought up one of Ed Clarks Leather backs for sale on fauna. Nichole responded saying "Leather backs are so inbreed and have problems with genetics that's why I haven't jumped on the band wagon". The crazy thing is Ed is defending her and she isn't helping him with sales.

No police were contacted already checked. No reason for her not respond.
