In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

NOT GUILTY?!?!?!

It's OJ all over again.

I had the trial on almost everyday. Those jurors would have hated to have me on the jury. There is no way she should have been found not gulity. I could see them not giving her first degree murder. But she should have been found guilty on the aggravated child abuse and the 1st degree manslaughter. I personally thought 1st degree was appropriate for the case with the evidence shown.

I feel horrible for that little girl. There will never be justice.:(

what the... not guilty?!?!

yet another reason to lose faith in the justice system and people in general

I think there was a lack of definitive evidence. There was nothing showing SHE killed her child. The child is dead. But they never were able to say outright "She was killed via..." and that left just enough of a hole for the murdering bitch to slip through.

I have every belief she killed that child. But overlooking the theatrics and her wacko actions and partying and etc etc.... there wasn't enough EVIDENCE showing she killed Caylee. They could show duct tape was on the skeleton, that traces of chloroform(or something close to it?) were in the vehicle, that there was a sticker from the house on the body..... but they couldn't show anything that said "She killed Caylee and here's how".

I'm certain that if they had found the body quickly, she'd be convicted on evidence. But after so long, they didn't have enough to get proper evidence. She'll be back on the street, but I wonder how long she'll stay healthy considering the area she and her family live in.(I know the area, it's NOT a nice sedate neighborhood of quaint folks... the people there don't think well of child abusers or murderers). I would bet they move immediately.

I would think that the decomp in the car alone should have landed her a guilty verdict on the child abuse or manslaughter. They could prove that there was chloroform in the trunk, too. Also, where was she every day/night that Casey was out. Caylee wasn't with the make believe nanny. I think she was left alone at an apartment or in the car.:( I know there was more, but those things are definitely abuse and neglect. Casey's actions while Caylee was missing spoke volumes to me.

It means you FEEL she was guilty. But it wasn't evidence that SHE killed her. Even if they proved her body was in the vehicle... they could still say maybe the dad killed her, maybe she died and the dad put her in the car... a million "what if" scenarios... all possible. Even if we all "know" that she killed Caylee... we'd have to be able to PROVE it "beyond a reasonable doubt". And they went for 1st degree murder. They only convicted her on some misdemnours. Booo.

I thought the defense said that Caylee drowned while Casey was home? Maybe I heard wrong. Manslaughter covers accidents (drinking while driving). It just all seems so wrong. The computer searches shows me that there was definite premeditation and the computer forensics showed that the searches were done while Cindy was at work. I wonder if Cindy will be charged with any type of perjury? She changed her story and never told anyone before that she did those searches.

It's sad that DNA wouldn't have helped anything either. It's normal to have your parents/grandparents DNA found on your body and clothes.

She exercised her right to a trial with a jury of her peers...Not guilty.I don't agree with it but there was no evidence at all that said SHE did it...She'll be sitting on the beach getting a tan soon....Like it or not.

I don't usually swear/curse....am I allowed to do that here?
Anyway if I ever see her, I will be guilty! No doubt about it!

Actually the justice system worked the way it was designed to...There was no SOLID proof that she's a murderer.

Did she do it?..well if she didn't,she knows who did is my opinion.

Peope have been executed with less evidence presented.
She is GUILTY.......no doubt in my mind at all no matter what the defense threw out there to cause doubt.
A parent does not act like she did when their child is missing.

A bad parent doesn't make her a murderer...The prosecution had no solid evedence that SHE killed the little girl...The media of course has her guilty before she even got to a court house. No evidence

That :censored: did it.

1st degree murder aside, her defense was that the child drowned under her supervision. That's manslaughter. She walks away with a charge for lying...Seriously?

I hope those jurors can sleep at night knowing they let a psychopathic murderer free. Hopefully their is some jailhouse retribution for this poor murdered tot.

No evidence

I do understand your point, 'innocent until proven guilty' right?

It's just hard to look at all the other pieces of the puzzle and see how she could not be guilty (even if she had someone else do it for her, she would still be guilty)

not telling anyone her child is missing for a month, making up lies that they were doing things together (visiting the made up nanny at the hospital)
then saying the (made up) nanny kidnapped the child (a person would keep this to themselves for a month?)
then lying about where she works, taking the cops there to try to continue the lie
then the smell of death in the car (you know death when you smell it, it's unlike anything) - the forensics dog scented the death as well
then the insane story about the child drowning, the parents wanted to hide it (how long did they think that could go on for?), then they said the dad tried to make it look like murder? (if that was true, why did the mom call 911 to report the car smelled?) and if the parents were in on it, why would she be telling them lies about where the child was?

not enough? then what would it take? I'm actally curious about that. What would it have taken to prove it?

and still the only one that truly suffers is the innocent child

dang it, I didn't mean to post so much, getting all swept up in it... ah the media, let's us all feel like we're part of it. I'm not specifically arguing with you Dan, mainly venting frustration at the verdict

:ack2:

How do you figure it's manslaughter? She might not have even been there when that kid was killed. She lied her *** off..mistermeaner not murder.

Maybe the parents did it,or the brother..who knows...Everyone wants to see her strung up for a murder, that in the eyes of the court and a jury of her peers, say she didn't commit.

I think she had something to do with it,but she had help.
