    **************************************************
In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    Addendum: 01/10/2026
    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Desperately seeking BLUE phase White's Treefrogs.
(My last surviving White's is now 22 years old!)
Any leads?_

very old White's

I got my White's as a sub-adult in 1987. I think he may be a hybrid...was blue/green when I got him. Over the years, he's darkened. He's had a recurring infection for years...treated with antibiotics. (he probably would not be alive today if I didnt have a great frog-vet!!)
He grew up with a heating pad heat source (that's how it was done in those days) I have, in recent years, added an infrared bulb for heat above...but he still likes to hide under a leaf on the bottom of the cage. He sometimes goes up, on the branch or glass corner...but is mostly on the bottom.
He doesnt croak as much (rhythmic bass sound, or applause on the TV often sets him to croaking)
Recently, Ive noticed his shed skin is not coming off, and drying on him. I put him in a warm bath and gently rub off the skin.
Yes, I'm proud to be a good frog-mommy....I also have 21 and 22 years old African clawed water frogs, and 19 year old Fire bellied toad!!!
Regards
Thanks for the lead for Blues...will contact Sandfire ASAP

No problem. :) I hope my white's male lives that long. I'm going to get him a girlfriend and I might get one from Sandfire too :)

Good luck getting the new baby!

I have received 4 beautiful White's babies (5-6 mos. old) from Sandfiredragon ranch!!
I've had them for 5 days now. They are eating and pooping. (What more could a frogmommy ask for?) They ARE Blues, but change color often. They range from light blue to blue/green to purplish -brown.
One is a bit larger than the others...I'm hoping for a girl. I've had three White's Treefrogs (in my old group) but they were all males...I'd like to have a BIG girl experience..I love the boys too...enjoy their croaking
Mike, at Sandfire, was very personable and helpful.
How old is your White's? Let me know if you get a frogfriend.
