Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello from windy Kalamazoo! I hope that you are enjoying the beautiful fall colors that surround us this time of year. This weekend, you can also enjoy the many beautiful colors of the animals at the Kalamazoo Reptile & Exotic Animal Expo. The show is this Saturday, October 20, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Kalamazoo County Expo Center. Some of the animals that you can expect to see there are tortoises, milksnakes, bearded dragons, boa constrictors, geckos, some new tarantulas and scorpions as well as lots of cool frogs and a HUGE selection of ball python morphs! For those who prefer fur or feathers, we will also have birds, hedgehogs, sugar gliders, chinchillas, mini pigs, and you may even see some prairie dogs and chipmunks. There will also be a great selection of live plants and supplies for you pets caging needs. Because we know that your animals need to eat, we will also have a great selection of live crickets, hornworms, mealworms, and superworms as well as the most complete supply of live and frozen rodents available! You will also be able to see and pet an alligator, a large python, a tortoise, and perhaps a few other visitors!

In preparation for Halloween, come to the show in costume, and you can get in for only $1 admission!
