    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Off the ark exotic pets

I have been to this pet store and it is always packed full with people. I developed a sense of who Vinny was without any BOI influence I didn't even know he was on the BOI. Vinny was a very likable guy. Very friendly and always trying to help people. For instance, a customer came in with a small case of mouth rot and he helped the snake get healthy again free of charge. This is very sad that this happened and even worst, because it was ruled as a suicide, evidence collection probably didn't happen. The person involved will probably not be caught unless they get turned in.

snake mites

hello :) i found a easy treatment for snake mites that almost works over night. i use vegetable oil. just slather the snake in it, wipe excess off and i have never needed to treat twice. my two cents worth to help others save snakes and money.

Considering the documented cases of him having sent out mites; as well as the greed/idiocy/shadiness/blatant disregard for animals shown in his little "biosphere" thread, who knows how many people he's managed to piss off over the years. His own posts have shown that money meant more to him than the welfare of animals in his care. People like that often make enemies along the way. The very fact that he was the victim of an apparent homicide negates the rosy picture you're trying to paint. Obviously, he pissed off someone badly enough that they wanted him dead. Can you prove that it wasn't because of a business deal?

With all respect, the subject of this thread has been deceased for nearly 6 months. There's nothing wrong with updating the thread with new information...but, regardless of anyone's feelings about Vinnie, one way or the other, the continued bickering doesn't make sense. (I get that opinions can be polarizing, and that they don't just go away because the subject dies)

Does anybody know if Off the Ark is going to stay in business?

No, it doesn't. Nor is what makes it to Fauna always the whole story. But that could go either way. Perhaps he's somehow only managed to alienate himself from people on this site, while being universally beloved by everyone else. Unlikely, but possible. However, it's at least as possible that what's made it to Fauna is just the tip of the iceberg. As per usual, you seem to lack the mental capacity to see any point that isn't a knee-jerk reaction that mirrors your own.

I don't need to. Unlike yourself, I'm not speaking in absolutes. At this point, no one can prove anything, which means anything is possible. Which makes it even more laughable that you'd get your panties wadded over someone simply presenting a theory that's as equally plausible as your own. Your reading comprehension is still as pitifully inadequate as the rest of your cognitive skills. You're really awful at formulating an effective argument. You only see what you want to.
 
Small update: the store has been sold and is running under a new owner/manager.
