    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Oh, umm, hello

:yesnod:I know, I've been lurking. And reading and absorbing information.

So hello!
I do currently own a reptile even. A beautiful corn snake. (although TECHNICALLY its my sons, well.. Its mine since he's only ten, right?) Its a sunglow. Getting sort of fat, and a few feet long at a little over a year old.

Other pets are a female eclectus, a 14 year old cockatiel, and a reef tank (tech details on that: 36 gallon, panorama led w/2 blue and 1 uv stunner strip, running with a mp 10, eshopps skimmer, all held together by a reefkeeper lite. Keeping zoanthids, acans, other lps, various sps, a big ole rbta, cherub angel (Centropyge argi), red spot goby (Trimma rubromaculatus), and a red scooter dragonet (Synchiropus stellatus)

I'm here doing research before I move onto what hopefully becomes the next stage of my life. I LOVE animals, but there's not a lot of work up here to do with them. And I ADORE chameleons. I had a horrible experience with a pair of wc pygmy chams about 6 years ago, so gave up. But I'm back to try again. This time with Panthers. NOT WC. I'm reading, reading, reading and hoping that in around late April early May I'll have a panther residing in my home. (More likely it'll end up being late may, early June due to the MN weather)

So hello!

Welcome Jodi. I love chameleons, but have never had one myself. You're doing the right thing! Research! Research! Research! This is a great forum. Good Luck! Chris
