    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

TROPIOCOLOTES STEUDNERI​


These little guys have it all. Tropiocolotes steudneri from North Africa. These are a semi diurnal species from the deserts of Egypt and surrounding countries. Spectacular personalities, they have absolutely no fear of humans so handling is no problem. They are not flighty or crazy in any way but rather slow moving with a cat like creeping walk to them. They raise and wave their tails when hunting or communicating as well as tiny chirps that can be heard with a good ear. Set these guys up in a sand/desert environment with a small rock outcrop with lots of nooks and crannies and a small basking light. Personally would use UVB for these guys as well. Temps should be as high as 100f for basking/hotspot and as low as 80f day time and no heat needed at night. Feeding on 1/8in gutloaded crickets these guys are doing awesome. All acclimated and ready for new homes. Feel free to PM for more info. Thank you
