    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Best shop I've ever dealt with. This was my first time purchasing, which I only did due to other BOI good guy threads about John. Worked with me for 3 weeks on a shipping day, sent my animals cargo in the end so they wouldnt be in a box more than a few hours. Animals well packed as well. Had an issue with some worms, which is to be expected with this species. Carrie was very helpful, never stopped responding to messages even after she sent my animals. Was told I would be sent another animal if mine didn't make it, but the panacur is doing its job and he is eating now. Overall very happy.
