OK, here’s my latest update.
It is now Wednesday, May 20, 2009 – ONE MONTH from when I first posted pictures of the MO’s I’ve purchased for Toni. I’ve still not heard one word from Toni. She has my phone number, my email address – and still, nothing.
She was specific on this forum in asking me to not contact her privately, and to post everything here on this forum, which I have done. I’ve offered her a replacement, which was what SHE initially requested – she stated she no longer wanted that. I’ve offered a refund, which she requested and accepted the offer of (and I’ve taken and posted photos to show said MO’s), and I’ve heard nothing. She has never contacted ME to state that she no longer wants said refund (if that is the case.) She is aware of the MO’s, as she has posted about them in other forums. Posting a deadline seems appropriate after an ENTIRE MONTH has gone by, Toni is aware of the offered refund, posts about it on other forums, and continues to not contact me. In this day and age, I just have to think that SOME communication SOMEHOW could have taken place in the span of this last month, if she wanted resolution. How long am I supposed to wait for closure? How much more thrashing do I take?
I’m certainly human, and realize that I could have done some things differently initially *smackself*. I can only apologize for letting my emotions and my circumstances at the time dictate my judgment. I’ve tried my best since to be accommodating to Toni’s requests, as well as trying to stay respectful. At some point, I just think I get to have the opportunity to get back on the horse and ride on, you know?

You've done what you could. At this point, put the whole thing behind you.
If you, in the future, receive something in WRITING from Toni, read it and go from there.
If it were me, I would not respond or deal with Tosha or anyone else but Toni. Tosha has been egging this situation on at every opportunity. It is Toni's deal to purse, and for all we know, she has simply chosen to drop the entire matter.
You can't deal with someone who won't deal with a situation. Go and live your life, this may be one of those horrible 'learning opportunities' which gives each of us insights on how to better deal with future situations.
