    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Once again in need of help.

There is nothing worse than the helpless feeling you get when trying to cure an animal and nothing works.

Ya it is. I must've sat there in the exam room after they put him down holding him in my lap crying and repeating how sorry I was to him. Man I'm getting choked up now. Pretty pathetic I know.... But it broke my heart. I couldn't help and still can't, feeling like it was my fault. I shoulda taken him to a better vet. I mean, even though I missed the mites when I got him, that guy shouldn't have... and that to me in my opinion shows incompetence, but it was my fault for returning to him. Vets that deal with herps in my area are very rare thing to find. There's alot behind that in my opinion. But I'm sure this is not the time to get into it on that.

All I'm saying is this, dog and cat and ferret rescues in my area are a dime a dozen, ya know? I mean they pretty much have one every 5 miles from each other, yet in VA we have one, only one reptile rescue!!!! (that I know of) But yet every pet store sells them. Don't get me wrong I do not discrminate against mammals, I have a cat.... but my point is reptiles are looked down on. and vets are one of the biggest ones in my area. Even if you do find a vet who will see them, their knowledge is pretty limited, and on a general basis. But yet they can tell any freaking thing you want to know about your dog. Pretty messed up.... anyways.... I'm ranting outta frustration and anger, and should not be.
