    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

As I have mentioned elsewhere, if at the end of this month (July, 2016) I don't see substantial increases in use of this auction section, I am afraid that I will have to pull the plug on it. I do see a few people pitching in, but the rest of you really need to make a showing if you want auctions on this site.

One week from today is the deadline. So use it or lose it.
 
Well, looks like a few people are trying to keep the auction section alive. Or at least on live support. I'll leave it be for a bit but just keep an eye on it. I doubt I will give any warnings again, so if you want it to remain, just use it, please.

Auction settings / page Plz Read

Hello my fellow reptile and herps lovers out there i love this site, but i believe if you had a better set up on the auction page like say a timer or a scheduled ending to an auction. it might be easier for the buyer as well as help the seller get it auctioned off. I love the classifieds part of this site and i noticed that the auction page actually lacks a auction set up and is done manually by posts. Also it may help the auction and the seller if items show up in there regular section with a timer and end to auction date. So people who are browsing notice the auctions more. I hate to see the auction section go away when really it just needs some slight adjustments and i believe once you do this you will notice your auction section will be noticed more and also increase auction sales for your members.
