Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

It is 36"x24"x24" and has just about every available option. It has a End Panel Radiant Heat Panel (35 watts, hidden) as well as a Ceiling Heat Panel (80 watts), Black Hardware, Florescent Light, Side Venting, and Dual perches. Everything was factory installed and this would be $473 new.

It is in good shape and has the normal slight warp by the middle hinge. But there are no gaps! You could keep a juvenile ratsnake in this. It is missing the PVC perches, but all 4 perch mounts are present. I didn't need them as I have terrestrial snakes.

It's a bit bigger than what I need. I would prefer a 24"x24"x17.5" or 11.5" Boaphile with RHP.

I'm located in West Palm Beach Florida, but will be moving to Knoxville area Tenn. late September. This not in use at the moment and has been disinfected.
