In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

OT - yesterday there was NO snow at my house . . .

. . . as of 7 p.m.

It has been snowing since. Kids are out of school - my son is already out in the woods with the neighbors building snow forts. It's not windy - it's relatively warm - 30 degrees or so - snow coming down like a mad man, - right out of "The Simpsons" snow day.

IN a couple of hours, I'll fire up my snowblower, and do things REAL men are supposed to do - USE POWER TOOLS. Ar, ar, ar, ar, arrrrrrrr . . . .

Here are some pix looking out of my door. Bear in mind - there was NO snow last night - ANYWHERE in my neck of Minnesota.

Enjoy . . . .

That’s an all too familiar sight. Our 4 feet of snow has already melted. That was so much work…

Amen! Snow blowers all the way! LOL.

Ohhhhh Monte.....

You better not be sending any of that my way!!!!! I have had enough snow to last me a life time! And, my snowblower just broke, had to have a plow come by the last 2 storms, gets a little expensive after a while.

Thanks for sharing the pictures!!!!!

Hey thats exactly like here! LMAO!!! yesterday not a bit of snow (and last 45 days) Today! 3" and just when I thought I could feel the tulips under my feet!

Nice pic's Monte!

here's a pix of mine . . .

. . . well, sort of. This is a new one - mine is a couple years old. A TORO. About a 30 inch cut - I can throw snow almost as high as my house. Huge 10 horse engine - lots of cool gadgets. It was extremely fun - nothing stops this. We must have about a foot of snow, and it's still going.

I had to blow out my drive way, because I was hankering for a diet Pepsi - and needed to get the car out to go to the local Quick Trip Gas Station. LOL. The snow plow finally came down our street so I quick followed it for some pop.

Bentley, my Schnoodle, was having a hard time finding a place to pee - so I had to stomp down an area so he could make some yellow snow . . .

I had never seen a snow blower either and I haven't seen snow either. The pics look cool. I wish I'd see something like that in Florida.

Please let spring be right around the corner! No more snow shovels!

Nice schnoodle! My parents have two standard poodles....great dogs!
