    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Ahh, maybe it's just the time of day, but I find her scribblings hard to comprehend. Am I correct that at the end of the thread she now has said that the BP's were sent Fedex? She has a very sorry "boo-hoo" tone through that whole thread... w/e, it doesn't matter I guess.

I tend to agree with Brian. Why would he ship first to rip someone else off? Then afterwards putting this on the BOI? I would think that is the least[\i] effective way of scamming someone given the BOI's reputation.

I'm confused. I don't see this ending if she continues to talk about it elsewhere and refuses to talk here.
 
I was reading the other thread and this part really stood out to me.
( Anyways I packed the snake right there on the front porch with her watching me. I put the snake over the heat pack and made sure the package was well stuffed so it wouldn't shake around. )
If she put the snake right over the heat pack it was a death sentence. Most heat packs will get to 140 degrees. This will cook a baby snake in no time and increase decomposition time. Even in only 15 hours that snake could have been stinking pretty badly.
I have sold animals to Brian in the past. He was a great customer. He asked the right questions and paid in a timely manner. I believe this is a case of someone not knowing the proper packaging methods and trying to ship anyways.
The snake appears to be the same one to me just in shed. The markings on the head look the same just darker due to being in shed.

In the pictures of the dead animal, here, you can see that it looks to be in blue, and the colors on the top of the head, and even on the sides are just muted, because of being in shed.

To me, that definitely looks to be the same snake that was shipped, and is now dead.
 
I agree Alicia, seems that Stephanie is the one trying to pull a scam in this deal. She was trying real hard to put it off on Brian in that thread. Which might explain why she doesn't want to come here to talk about this.. Randy

Oh thats definitely the reason, because she knows shes in the wrong. I wouldnt doubt that for a minute.
Sounds like a failed attempt at covering up her own mistakes to make it look like they dont need to own up to a dead animal and compensation. :rolleyes:

I am back, but I have to borrow a camera. I have to do this cause mine took a dump a couple of months ago. Well I am going to defrost the snake, soak it in some water and try to peel the skin off of it. I am going to take pictures through the whole process so it won't be deniable. Everybody will see! Do you think I would go through this much trouble if the snake was still alive. I mean how many bicolored hognose snakes are out there. This girl has my snakes safe and sound.
I am stuck with a dead snake! $400 down the drain. Not to mention the female I sent her is gravid with possible het clown babies. I hope all you RTB people see the light. My buddy with the camera doesn't get home till 7:00 pacific time so I will have some pics(hopefully if I can figure out how) later tonight.

I borrowed the camera when she wanted to see the dead snake. I had went fishing the day I told her I would get the pictures to her and didn't get the pictures to her till late that night. She was already talking smack on RTB with a couple of other people about how I was trying to scam her. I have done business with lots of people and haven't had any problems till now. I got screwed. My buddy that owns the camera was fishing with me that day. We didn't get home till 8-9:00. I never bullied her into giving me her pair of normal hogs. She thought she was going to get money out of fedex and the balls.
When she found out that she was denied the claim from fedex she had to find a reason to keep her snakes. All she had to do was tell me that she didn't want to get rid of any of her animals and she could of sent me some money. That would be the end of it. This has turned into a ridiculous shenanigan.

Some of the pictures are a little fuzzy but on the second and third pages are the best ones. The last picture is the original picture I saved from the ad on Redtailboa.net. I showed in some of the pics how the snake was about to shed.
I almost puked a couple of times cause the snake stunk so bad. Gotta do what you gotta do. I am not a rip off and won't be accused of being one. If you go on Rtb.net look at SadisticMuffins profile and the 1.0 het clown and the 0.1 normal balls are the snakes I traded to her. They were beautiful snakes and I wish that the bicolor hadn't died. It would have been an awesome addition to my collection. When I thought I was getting this snake I had already made arrangements for a bicolor male to breed her with. Well enough is enough.

Good I would like her to know we are over here discussing it. She was told by the rtb.net site administrator to bring this argument here but she didn't. I told her I would never give up and I have talked with everybody about this situation.
She doesn't want me to email her and accused me of bullying her and harassing her. If you got a dead snake in the mail and the person who sent it told you
"I don't guarantee my snakes to be alive on arrival" and "these things happen you just need to deal with it", what would you do? I am dealing with it like she told me to.
 
It would be helpful if you would post ALL of the emails the two of you have exchanged.
BTW a PM message has been sent to her on the RTB site. I hope this is just a misunderstanding that has escalated to hostilities that can be worked out.

Would you be willing to take your snakes back?

Sure I would take my snakes back if they arrive alive. I am not sure how to load 70+ emails on to here. As I said I am computer illiterate. I am from the woods.
