In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Thanks to Paul from Bright Albino, and everyone who answered my 1000 questions! These gems should arrive tomorrow morning and will be a nice surprise for my 10yr old daughter...hopefully she'll like them! These were the first Leos I looked at without consulting her, let along bought them!

Congrats! Don`t worry you`ll soon BOTH be hooked on them, and want more.

I hope not, we already have 70 snakes and need a bigger house as is!

Thanks everyone, they just came in and are much nicer than the pics reflected! We'll let them settle for a few days, feed a bit and then snap some pics in about a week or two.

Also my order of mealworms came in at the same time and I just laid them on a bed of gut load. We'll let everyone settle for 2-3 days before attempting to feed and give them a few weeks before attempting to handle...

Awesome leos!!! I am so glad that you found some... your daughter will be so excited when she gets them!! They are gorgeous!

She LOVED them!!! I had to pry her away from the reptile room and explain why they have to be kept in sterilite tubs in the racks Vs her 20gln terrarium in her bedroom. She pictured having all 1.2 in her tank to enjoy the set up she slaved over two weeks putting together with caves, rock water and feed dishes, even some little fake cactus plant (no spikes)... :shrug01:

I told her it will be about 8-10MO before we can place them together.

Cool! Maybe she could have just the male in there until then. :)

There in the 15-20g range, I'd rather give them the security of the tub for the next couple months to adapt and adjust to their new surroundings. Maybe once the male settles in and gets use to us I may move him to the 20gln tank in a few months. The main goal now is to get them comfortable, besides I'm sure if right now any were in her tank they would be pestered or gawked at 24/7 by all of us... :D

Those guys look pretty chill!

Might have to hit you up for one a little later on...

Thanks, there are plenty of great breeders on this very forum that have or will have some great Leos for sale. Paul, Marcia, Josh, Dan, Garrick, Kelli and many others can hook you up. Your best bet is to get in touch with one of these Gecko breeders and pick their brains and their stock.

I have said it many times that I'm not much of a lizard fan, but I will admit this is a great overall community and some of the most beautiful animals I have seen!..

Good deal... well I'm looking to add a little variety to my collection of pets. Leo's look like rewarding animals to own and be a part of.

Awww they are very adorable! I'm so excited for you and your daughter!! I remember when I got my first baby, I couldn't stop watching her every move and my little cousins would happily let her crawl all over them. Leos are excellent reptiles and I'm glad you got some excellent ones!
