• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I have recently purchased two sub-adult Kenyan sand boas from Outback Reptiles. I purchased a normal on 10/4/14 and a striped anery on 12/20/14. Both are doing great and are strong eaters. I would definitely do business with Outback again.

I purchased a mojave from Outback at one of the reptile expos in Oaks last year. He's eating like it's going out of style and loving the ladies! I'd do business with them again in the future, no question.
 
I've purchased multiple animals from outback and all have exceled in my collection. I have also sent other people to their tables at shows and recommended purchasing from them. ryan is a great guy to talk to at the shows and genuinely seems like he cares. they stand behind their animals and don't mind taking the extra time to explain things. Ian is quite the business man and mike runs the internet. keep up the good work guys we will see you at the next show.

Is Outback still in business? I have tried to contact them for well over a month. I have tried email, sending texts, calling both office and cell and leaving messages on both. Mike.....if you read this please contact me.
 
Yes, I just received a pair of egg eating snakes from them today. Arrived in great shape. It took a day or so for him to answer my initial email but once the deal was complete his communication could not have been better. He updated me every step of the way. I wouldn't worry if it takes a bit to respond, just call if you really need an answer fast but the important thing is once you buy this guy won't go silent on you. The snakes he sent me appear to be very healthy and I'll buy there again if they have something I need for sure.
 
Kerry, I've gotten multiple voice mails from you but I have never gotten an answer when I call you back. It is usually 2-3 weeks up to a month between the time I email you and the time I get a response, and I have never been able to reach you on your phone. I left you another voice mail last Tuesday evening (3/29/15). Give me a call on my cell whenever you can.

There are no missed calls from a 703 area code on my cell phone in the last month. I tried calling you from my work phone several times but the number I left for you to call back was my cell phone number. Please just refund the money like you said you would in a text on February 10th.
 
I purchased two baby ball pythons from Mike and Ian and they arrived looking good. One of them regurgitated his first meal here, but Mike took a lot of time to text with me about it to ensure the best plan was made for getting the little one back on track. Both snakes are alive and well today eating weekly (or biweekly if I let them!). Shipping is stressful and not all snakes handle it the same - I'm especially thankful for how much effort Mike put in AFTER the transaction was complete, when he could have easily blamed me or stopped helping. Mike was really great! Would definitely do business with him again!!
