In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I recently bought 10 babies from this breeder and originally 3 leopard geckos had visable MBD and a few days ago I noticed yet another one has early signs of MBD. When we contacted the breeder they said they would give us a $15 credit for one of the leopards but they have yet to respond to our other emails about the other 3 that have MBD. Out of 10 babies only 6 are healthy thus far. This breeder has had good reviews thus far but with this experience I will not be ordering from them again.

Thank you for reading and I have attached pictures of the 3 leopards that have been affected by MBD the worst.

Thankfully I have been able to get the last two to eat, however, the first one, whom visablly has the worst effect of MBD will not eat =/

this outback reptiles should be ashamed of themselves. those babies are obviously in poor health. i am sorry but they should be giving you your money back and paying any vet fees. that is horrible someone would treat let alone ship out animals in this condition.

I am sorry I posted this thread. Outback Reptiles has contacted us and I apologize for posting this. They have contacted us and we are working out an agreement. Please ignore this post.

So did you get those geckos from them? If you did, I'm glad they're working with you. However, geckos like that should have never been shipped out.:(

I sold the geckos to her aunt not her. I called her aunt to see if there was a problem when I saw this thread and was told it was her niece who posted the thread without any knowledge of the deal.

So, Jazmin, what's the story?
Did you purchase these geckos, or did your aunt?
Whose possession are they in?
Who has been communicating with Outback?

Does it matter!!!!
the point is u should not sell stuff like that!!!!

That is true. I totally agree.

But before we draw and quarter him, I would listen to his story first if I were you. I know first hand, that mistakes can happen when one is careless (and even when one is careful).:shrug01:

From what I understand, Jazmin's aunt purchased the geckos for Jazmin. I'm not sure if Jazmin and her aunt live together, but i'm pretty sure Jazmin is the one in posession of the geckos currently. Do I have it right so far, Jazmine?

I'm not sure why geckos that are obviously unhealthy were packed up and shipped to a client. IMHO, there is absolutely no excuse for that. Someone HAD to have looked at the animals to pack them up to be shipped. Did that person honestly believe these were healthy animals???

I'm glad that something is being worked out, but I hope that "something" involves intensive veterinary care and calcium supplements...not to mention the animals should never be bred because of this.

You just answered why we don't need to know the whole story.

I don't think you should be apoligizing for posting this thread!

Good luck with getting a resolution. Please keep us updated on what they are going to do for you and those poor geckos! :(
