    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have 15 year’s experience working with Ornate Uromastyx and I am correct sexing them around 90% of the time.

Quick Facts;
100% vegetarian lizards. Feed no insects.
Feed good greens, seeds, beans and vegetables.
4 foot cage is preferred.
120-130 degree basking spot.
80-85 degree cool side.
At least 2 hides per cage. 1 cool side 1 right under basking spot, more then two hides is even better.
No loose substrate for 6 months Bare floor, paper towels, new paper, and tile is fine but no loose substrate for 6 months.
No baths, or water in cage.
