    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

:thumbsup: Absolutely top customer service. I recently placed an order and made a mistake in the shipping address. All it took was one email to Amanda at Pangea and all was made right and the order shipped shortly thereafter. So buy with confidence, one the best in the business.
 
Pangea is one of the best dealings i have EVER had with ANY company, i received an email from a person, not an automated response so i was able to talk with them. First they told me they were sold out of the size i ordered of CGD and immediately offered to upgrade me to the next size so that it can be shipped immediately, Normally i would be fine with waiting but my gecko was running out of food so i accepted in fact it arrived EXACTLY on the last day that i fed Aussie (Perfect Timing!!!) and is in perfect sized packages to fit in my freezer/fridge! I have never been contacted by a company to tell me that something will be late, i have only ever been offered something of equal or greater value 1 other time and thats because they would never have gotten what i ordered as it was discontinued. anyways Pangea had no obligation to offer me this upgrade which they did and it arrived just in time! so heres my ratings!

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I LOVE doing business with this company! I wish all places were like this, I truly do. I placed an order today and within 2 hours I had my processed and shipped notification. It just doesn't get any better then that! On top of that, I know it will get here in great shape and have everything I ordered. This place is just simply reliable. I am a very loyal customer and will continue to purchase from them for a long time to come. Their prices are also very reasonable and the products are great for what you pay!
 
I order from Matt frequently and everything always arrives in perfect shape and quickly. There's no other place I'd go to for all my gecko supplies!

I've been ordering dry goods from Matt for several years now and just recently snagged one of his geckos. As always, great and speedy service and the crested is even more stunning in person. I couldn't be happier with her! Thank you, Matt!
 
I've been ordering alot of my supplies and all my CGD from Matt. I was drawn by the cheap shipping and the fact that they are in Michigan, but I keep ordering because their customer service is second to none. Pangea is top notch all the way! :)
 
I love Pangea! Never had an issue. I've ordered enclosures, most of my gecko food, and some supplies here and their from them. And now with his new Pangea complete crested diet that my geckos go nuts for, I'll be ordering even more frequently!!

I also really love that their is a personalized "Thank you" handwritten on every packing slip. It's the small things that truly make a difference!
