    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I was essentially just trying to ask her to give me an honest answer as to what is going on. I at least want HONESTY. She never really addressed anything other than the fact that I had no right to contact Tom Kilgore about this and that anything I said or posted about her, or talked to Tom about, would simply make the process of getting a refund even longer and that is was inappropriate. She just continued (and continues now) to respond about how I am not being respectful of her time and how it is only going to lengthen the refund time. I'm not getting anything back from her, she is all over the place. She still stands by her claim that she is not a bad seller.

Ps if we're bad mouthed please remember it only will make matters worse as we too have proof that we did attempt a refund and also emailed with fourth coming information to help resolve the matter and you opened claims without responding. Under these circumstances were choosing no further communication with the exception of your receipt of refund.

I am becoming very frustrated. I see no reason why the check would come back. I received regular shipments at this address with no issues. If the check was returned, it would have been stamped with a reason, a reason in which you have omitted from your response.

Wow. What a total sketch. This is at the least making me laugh about this. What a creative little soul. Oh the colorful people. I guess in some kind of pathetic way, "she" earned my 1,000 bucks.
 
I think I have all the important texts. There is just so much garbage from her and pictures of her bull dogs. It takes a lot of time and my phone doesn't forward the entire text communication but only one at a time. So I have to re-type everything or Forward ->Copy->Paste message by message.

I am so glad you did contact me last night to find out what my experience with her was.
 
You're so right, our experience is almost identical. She kind of did earn our money. What gets me is that I contacted the Kammers, FLchams, and Debbie at Reptiles express. They all checked out!

Regular business. Lol, I guess our regular business was me asking for my refund. I have never sold or purchased anything from her. Never even spoke to her. I first contacted her when I found the ad here on fauna. I Googled searched her name, phone, company name, and she seemed safe to give money to. I spoke to her through text and she gave me references and I emailed these people. Each reference checked out!

I am reading your emails and just amazed by the similarity.
 
She is reading it. That I know. However, she mentioned to me that a buyer was threatening to take her to fauna and asked me how to handle this. I told her to be honest and state her case.

I threatened to take her to fauna myself. She said she did not care, she was done with fauna regardless and would never be back here.
 
More of these excuses and more of her saying she could care less about fauna now.

Zach, IMO, you are not acting like a child. Your are being polite and asking for resolve. This has been an ongoing problem that has taken almost 45 days. April took our money, spent it all and then got in over your head. She clearly doesn't have the funds to re-pay us and her excuses are proof of this. We all know she has not sent any certified checks and doesn't have any proof of doing so. This is just like the story she gave me about the e-check. It was cancelled by paypal for insufficient funds. However, April kept telling me Paypal is wrong, it's an internal security matter, and she is waiting for them to verify her bank statements. Then told me her bank statement was finally verified and my e-check would be funded. Paypal told me that they did verify her bank statement and that she was incorrect and no more e-checks were in the their system to me from April. She is a complete and total liar and the similarity of our messages from her prove this.
 
Hey guys, I know everyone has different experiences with people but just in my experience April has been courteous, responsive and on point with the critters I have received from her. All in all a painless, good experience with her! I hope you guys hammer things out and everyone gets what they want.

Well she certainly has been very responsive to us as well. Responsive with excuses! I am happy you were not scammed, but I really hope you got what you ordered. I would be very concerned if you purchased females from her. You might find out from customers one day they are not what they were supposed to be.

I honestly believe she had good intentions at first. I think that when she had large orders to fill, she got in over her head. She spent all of our money and didn't really have these chameleons to sell. Possibly, she was already in financial ruin and that is why she needed to sell her chameleon business. Either way she took us on a ride. It took her weeks to ship and weeks of excuses why our refunds were being delayed. IMO, if 2 people have nearly identical situations from her, their must be more individuals that were taken.
