I sold you several animals which you hand picked yourself they where feeding well and in good health .The reason I came to your house to begin with was becasue your boa constrictor had a respiratory infection.That you thought was something normal. In talking to you it became clear that you arent very knowledgeable in reptiles .The green burmese that you had was in fact a regular phase burmese python that you got for free .It looked very sickly and on deaths door .
I sexed all of your animals for you and you subsequently made several more purchases.
A few weeks passed and I came by to deliver more snakes and noticed that you where keeping all the nrew burms and balls in the same cage and the digital thermometer read 95 degrees .
I find it very interesting that you forgot to mention all of these things in your post .

I recieved a phone call fomr you and you told me that one of the boas died .I told you that I would give you a replacement next time I came by.You said that would be Ok but that you didnt expect a replacemtn any way but that it was a very nice gesture for me to offer .
few days go by and I recieved a nasty email from you slandering me I called you to ee hwat was going on and you got scared and hung up the phone pretending lie you couldnt here me .

Now to the real point why I am posting here .
I dare you to post my home address IF you had a problem with me you could have called you have my number .

Christine perhaps if Ray would conduct his business dealings on a professional level this could have been avoided. There are several threads involving other buyers all with the same bad feelings. So call your attorney what are they going to do anyways? If you have a license on file with the state all the personal information can be attained and is public record. If you have done nothing wrong then why are people coming "Knocking". Think about it.

And you know as well as I do you told me to get that 16 foot burm heated up outside to get rid of that infection. And you also know the ONLY digital thermometer you saw was the one in the burms cage out side. Not inside.

Also you wanna see the vet reports? The Blood Tests? The necroposys done on all the frozens I have. What about all my other snakes that havent died? What about the males you sold me as females? What about that Ray?

I called you tonight 3 times. Again, giving you your spot to shine. But you can write emails all night but noooooo you cant answer the phone. 12:53am and I have to be at work in the morning at 5am and I have to worry about my family cause of you THREATENING me and my family.

You think im scared of lawyers? well a p.o box is NOT a buisness address. your useing that as a PHYSICAL address from a mailbox ect. You cant sell Reptiles from a post office box. What are you hideing from if your so legit? O so no one can know your buisness address right?

So to make things even worse. Ray threatens me and my family with some Physical WAR. Yep, I swear it to be true the words stated WAR.This is what its come down to. Threatening my 3,4,10 year old kids. War is War especially when you say I know where you live and what not and that Im gonna make up reports to HRS just to piss you off and try to get your kids taken away from you. This guy is sooo mad at me when he got my money and I have nothing. I see the torres name all over this web site with horrible feedback and I have to figure somehow they are all connected so what do I have to think that these guys all crazy people with some kind of vengance issue. Thats not a blanket statement or a stereo type. They may be all unrelated to each other and maybe some are great guys, but some of this kind of fills in the puzzle.

Its trust. Why would anyone want to do buisness with someone that lives and does buisness in a P.O Box and is scared of the world knowing where their buisness is run from. Its supposed to be public knowledge, but there is no record of a buisness under that name, no physical address, cell phones linked to counties that are 50+ miles away with no address information physically just P.O. Box....

I did do buisness with him before I learned of Fauna...but no one said that who recommended me to Ray was very bright...

Like other people have stated on here there is supposed to be buisness related public record of a physical address. What if you wanna see where your snakes come from? How they are kept? You dont wanna buy from someone that keeps them in a paper bag right? Or, in a shed in the back yard with no A/C in 100 degree weather? I dont know anything about how they are kept at Barc. So Im not implying anything about his housing of animals. Im just makeing some remarks to the fact of disclosing personal info on buisness related information.

For example: My Rat Breeder, I have to see what im feeding my snakes so I go to his house to see where they are housed and what conditions they are kept under.Why would I wanna loose a 300+ dollar snake over a 85 cent rat pinkie? If I buy from rodent pro or mice direct I know what Im getting Frozen stuff from a large facility. Not someones house that I have no idea what experiments they are performing before I get them.

So the county we live in is very strict on buisness permits, taxes ect. This guy needs to chill a bit. Also, does fed ex or the buisness that holds the p.o box know that he ships live animals? These mom and pop shippers dont usually like it when they find out that in the back room there is a live emerald tree boa thats pretty upset....

This guy acts like I am the ONLY one that has a issue with him. Well, I dont think I am unless all the other threads are figmentations of my imagination.

I even sent him the links to the threads from me and others on here so he could stand up for himself and explain his side, but as soon as his address apeared...boom here he was. I gave him every opertunity to make good, and if he would have made good then I would have been happy and would have been happy to say he was a man of his word. Your word is your bond. Its all you have. Good guys can go bad but people can change from bad back to good. It takes time but it can be done.

Well, Im done. Im worn out. I have to tend to this local WAR :thumbsup:

Why would you think she has done people wrong just because you have? You are the one that is using many aliases to hide your identity.

I dont know what half the stuff they said means. Its all giberish. Its like they are getting legal advice from a rabbit.

I have talked to a lawyer sometime ago and we are ready. Thats why I got all the info I have together. So I can have a solid case.

He better hope he is incorporated other wise if he cant pay me off then he gets a lein on his house and any other posessions. See Im not going for my snakes and bills. I will go all the way. A mediation is a nasty thing to be a part of.

Im not doing the small claims. We have hired a good lawyer to go to jury trial for a settlement on a few major grounds.

We had to do this once on a pair of very expensive macaws that were both males and not old enough to breed but yet they were sold proven. We spent 13k a piece for those guys and getting ripped like that was like death warmed over. Being bird breeders since 1997 we wont be taken. I hate to think about another lawsuit because sueing people sucks, but this guy just is so hard headed over a few snakes he could have made good on.

Well, We are using the same lawyer that won the last case and donateing all the money minus the lawyers cut to REAL herp rescues I am going to make this money count.

Really, before I said my piece and that was that. I kept everything else to myself, but when all this chicken scratch came my way it was time pull the string.

He needs to understand that he made a big deal out of one site he uses to advertise and threatened my livelyhood and my family and called me out to be some girl that is stupid. Over giving out what should have been public information.
