    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

In my opinion 99% of the parrot ads one sees on sites devoted to other kinds of animals are bogus and scams. Closer to 100% if the sellers are selling eggs.
There have been real parrot/bird ads here from time to time, usually with the owner describing particulars about his/her bird and saying something about why they are rehoming. The scam ads are many times more general 'lovely for any home' and so on.
The prices are almost irresistible as many parrots are fairly expensive. But it is easier to resist if you think it all out and realize that in the generalized ads there is no bird, it is just a ploy to get your money.
 
Anyone selling any animal over the internet, parrot or reptile, the potential buyer should request referrals and a live video chat to see the animal's environment, prior to any sale agreement. Buying animals online is just too risky, and buyer, and seller, should be willing to take the precautions to ensure a successful transaction.
