In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I'm pretty excited for the last two to come out! Odd clutch for sure..

That pastel could be vanilla pastel..looks great. The one with the head out (white/pink) is insane looking. Can't wait to see out of the egg. Congrats!

All 4 are out! Last egg has a little Normal still in it.

Looks like I have a Pastel possible Pastel Vanilla female, a smoking Enchi male, a Vanilla Enchi? female and a Black Eye'd Lucy female.. Now to figure out exactly how that happened.

I will pop them again after their first shed to recheck the sexes.

Enjoy!

Looks like a super fire, damn..all are gorgeous..maybe the vanilla was a fire? Either way, great looking clutch all around!

Congrats! I figured it was a black eye once I saw the pip pic, but how? Retained sperm? She does look like a fire but the babies look vanilla.

Yeah, she is a very nice "Vanilla".. I knew something was special about her. But you're right, her hatchlings look like Vanilla.

There is no chance of retained sperm.. I've had her since she was a hatchling and the only males that ever went into her bin was the Pastel Enchi and a Pastel Sugar. I don't own and never did own any Fire or Fire combo males. :)

What the hell?! :shrug01:
That's crazy and awesome. I'm all about Vanillas, Fires and Enchis. Love those genes. That obviously makes no sense at all though how you ended up with a Super Fire without any Fire.

I'm going to be keeping them all for a little while. I contacted the breeder of the parents and he doesn't have any clutch records unfortunately..!

I do have 5 eggs due Sept 18th from the Pastel Enchi father to a Normal girl. If the father has anything to do with what happened, I MAY have an answer. But until the girls are old enough to breed, there won't be an answer for a while.

What would you do with the Enchi male? Sell him as a regular Enchi or hold onto him?

I'll post more pics once they shed.

Those are lovely Nicole. Congrats!

I'd hang onto the enchi until you figure out what's going on.
