    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I recently bought a few snakes off Patrick Foley. A supposed adult pair of variable kings and a supposed apricot adult male pueblan milk. What I was most unhappy about with this deal was his shipping methods. I would like to point out that the snake with HORRIBLY packaged. They were sent in a non insulated box wrapped with a paperbag. Inside the box he put the pair of kings and the milk in mini brown paper bags (like the kind you get candy in at a cand store), the kings in one and the milk in another, which were stappled shut to keep them from getting out. When I finally opened the box (was sealed so tight with tape NO air could possibly get in the box) the pueblan milk had excaped from his paper bag and was free roaming in the box. Mind you there was no shredded newspaper or anything in the box either to keep everything from flopping around. Other than this the snakes are in good shape and I will try to feed them tomorrow. The only other things I was upset about is I believe the "female" variable is a male and the "apricot" pueblan was sold to me as exceptional but is borderline normal with A LOT of black tipping. I'm going to bring the "female" variable to my local vet to double check if it's a male. I probed it as a male and it everted when I took it out of the box so I'm pretty certail that it is. He said he bred the variables. When I emailed him about my unhappiness with the snakes and the poor shipping methods this is the email he sent me

I labeled this thread as (questionable) because the snakes are in good health and I'm not yet certain if the sex of the variable is in fact female for sure yet but I will update this thread when I find out. All I really want to say about patrick is be careful. Sorry for the long post.

Not when the snake sent is the wrong sex.
If it is a male, it never had eggs, and he should refund the money or replace the snake (but from the sound of his shipping, you would probably be better with a refund).
