Just wanted to mention my recent dealing with Paul from MD Custom. I ordered a nice 16x16x16 acrylic cage with a few options for one of my GTP's. I received the package from UPS and proceeded to open it only to see 4 cracks in the display cage and numerous scratches. I sent Paul an email only to let him know that I received the cage and that I filed a claim through UPS. He returned my email with this : "Rodney, I was afraid of that considering how long it took UPS to get it to you. I am going to send you another one out on Monday. I apologize for the inconveinence.

Needless to say, I was actually a little shocked by this (in a very good way of course). I sent an email back thanking him and asked what I should do with the damaged one. Paul wrote to tell me I could keep the other one if I could use it and a replacement will be out ASAP.
Now the reason I write this is because this is exceptional customer service from a very honest and highly skilled craftsman. If anyone is thinking of doing business with Paul and MD Custom, do not hesitate as you will not be disappointed.
